The master bedroom features two full bathrooms with a Jacuzzi tub overlooking the water, a bidet, and large picture windows; a king size bed, and large sitting area, also overlooking the wide channel!

Enjoy the downstairs, where there is a wet bar, a great room capable of use as a dance floor, and huge picture windows overlooking the water. The downstairs also features a high-definition plasma TV, pool table, and formal dining area. Adjacent to the great room, there is also a sun room with patios on both sides perfect for a BBQ. Additionally, the house also has available a 60 - foot boat dock that is available for long-term lease.
