New furniture and high quality linens. Secluded patio with gas stainless BBQ w/sideburners.Flat screen tv in living room and flat screen in master bedroom. Flat screen monitor, PC,printer and wireless internet.Wood burning fireplace with wood provided. Bikes, helmets and boogie boards supplied for use at the beautiful beach.

At Huntington Beach, California, also known world-wide as "Surf City, USA," we are ready to welcome and serve all your needs. Our nine miles of pristine shoreline with deep, sandy beaches and great views entice millions of visitors each year.

Huntington Beach is a great home to premier restaurants and night life, not to mention first-class shopping. We have also enjoyed being ranked in the top ten of America's safest cities.

Beyond the wide, sandy shores there are many places to visit. Just a few steps off the sand is Pier Plaza which features a amphitheater where the lively music sounds of the FREE outdoor concerts lure both young and old. Huntington Beach Main Street is a great place to walk around and be seen. We have wonderful craft shows and music and entertainment all year round.

Family retreat w/all the extras

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this quiet neighborhood near the beach. The area was extremely kid friendly and the bikes were a hit with everyone. The house had everything we needed in order to relax and feel pampered. My wife loved the kitchen and the amenities. Highly recommend this place to a family looking for a place to unwind and enjoy Southern California.

Great Family Getaway

This townhome was wonderful! It had everything we needed and was the perfect place for small children. They had a ball riding bikes on the paths, swimming in the pool, and playing at the beach. We appreciated the tranquil surroundings, the use of the internet, comfortable beds, and friendly owners. We will highly recommend it to our friends and family!

This place was really great and the Spowarts were very wonderful. We enjoyed the place and going to the beach and visiting many of the fine restaurants in the area. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to spend time with friends and family. It is a little far from the beach, but a perfect bike ride or a long walk!

This family had some elderly people in the group and the distance to the Beach (1/2 mile) was a challange for them, however, the nice quiet atmosphere was enjoyed. If you want to be across the street to the beach, the atmosphere will be very active and noisey. Our property puts you within a 7 minute bike ride to all the action, yet it is far enough away to be quiet and peacfull.
