New furniture and high quality linens. Secluded patio with gas stainless BBQ w/sideburners and outside adobe fire hut. Large flat screen tv in living room and flat screen in master bedroom. Flat screen monitor, PC, fax, printer and wireless internet.Wood burning fireplace with wood provided. Bikes, helmets and boogie boards supplied for use at the beautiful beach.

This townhome was wonderful! It had everything we needed and was the perfect place for small children. They had a ball riding bikes on the paths, swimming in the pool, and playing at the beach. We appreciated the tranquil surroundings, the use of the internet, comfortable beds, and friendly owners. We will highly recommend it to our friends and family!

This property has ammenities better than our home. We used everything supplied and our entire family enjoyed the bicycles. It is not your usual rental. We will be back next year.
