Vacation Rental Description

Our private, European-style Villa is situated on a full acre surrounded by fruit trees and equestrian trails leading to the Beach and Central Park. Come enjoy a week picking fruit and flowers in this verdant park setting. The large palm-tree-lined backyard includes a lagoon-style pool with Jacuzzi, waterfall, swim-up grotto, rockslide water chute, pool house with kitchen and BBQ. Dine al fresco every evening then swim under the stars. The Villa is tastefully decorated with art and antiquities and features two large Master Suites and four standard-size bedrooms. The half-acre front yard is framed in twenty-foot tall blooming Cape Honeysuckle and is great for volleyball, soccer, croquet, badminton, bocce ball, golf, batting practice or all at one time. The long, brick driveway includes a regulation basketball hoop and a 10-foot tall bronze fountain of "The Three Graces." The gourmet kitchen, dining room, formal sitting room and grand entry are breathtaking.
