Stonewood Guest House

Our lovely, year round guest house, is set in the woods of Muskoka. A 10 minute drive from the town of Huntsville. Enjoy all seasons of the year in this 3 bedroom, furnished home, nestled within the forest. Come for the weekend, a week or a month to enjoy our retreat into nature. Perfect setting for families, couples or small groups looking for a quiet 'get-away'.

During the winter months, we operate as a B&B. Inquire about our winter rates Nov.-Mar. We have something for everyone and a hearty breakfast too!!

The town of Huntsville is a lovely, quaint town with many points of interest and shopping (see our local Chamber of Commerce). We are within a 15 minute drive to Arrowhead provincial park, half an hours drive to Algonquin park and 1 hrs drive to Georgian Bay.

This area hosts many activities for the outdoor enthusiast or folks just wanting to be outdoors. Walk out our door for great hiking &/or skiing trails. Many local lakes and rivers offer great canoeing, kayaking and boating. We are close to Hidden Valley's downhill skiing resort as well as excellent parks and outdoor spaces.

Lots of great 'natural' areas to explore just outside our door!
