Relax on the Shores of Lake Erie. Just imagine yourself looking way out to see the sunset, watching the water sparkle, as your eyes go slowly to the left you see Cedar Point in the Horizon, go slowly to the right and and get a glimpes of Kelley's Island, then Put-in-Bay, then Pellee Island, Canada, and once in a while mainland Canada. The waves hitting the sandy shores will make a relaxing nights sleep

We are conveniently located in Mitiwanga , between Huron and Vermilion, Ohio, We are part of a private allotment of seasonal and year-round residences. There is approximately 70% retirees. For your protection, the allotment properties have high security, and high standards. Crime is none existing. The beautiful lakefront park is spectacular, with benches. Each air-conditioned duplex has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. Our deluxe units have extra large rooms and a large enclosed porch with jalousie windows.

The units and the home values near the lake are high. Peace and quiet, is apparent throughout the private alotments.



FISHING & BOATING FACILITIES

Duplexes are located near LAKE ERIE "HOT SPOTS" FOR WALLEYE, PERCH, AND SMALL MOUTH BASS. Boat launch and space for parking a boat trailer are nearby. Ice fishing is popular in winter-weather permitting, of course. Boats may be chartered at nearby marinas.

RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES

Canoeing, sail boarding, sailing, bicycling (near-by), beaches. The view from our scenic benches is spectacular. The sunset, sparkling water, sound of the waves, sea gulls flying above, with Mainland Canada, Peele Island, The Islands, and Cedar Point on the horizon, with reality, imagination, the still of the night, and the fresh air away from city life.



AREA ATTRACTIONS

Cedar Point Amusement Park is 20 minutes away. Interesting local restaurants nearby. Lake Erie Islands, Put-in-Bay, Vermilion and Huron are interesting, historical, quaint, towns. Kelly's Island is a quiet resort island with glacier grooves, and much more.
