Third Floor corner unit has over 1400 square feet of living space overlooking a lake with fountains and has a peek of the ocean. This unit is fully furnished and nearly double the size of other units including a large living/dining area with wet bar and sliders to a tiled and screened balcony with hammock. Private tiled entry. Elevator to your floor. Fully furnished and equiped kitchen, three large bedrooms (queen in master, two twins in bedroom #2 and queen size sleeper sofa in bedroom #3)with plenty of closet space throughout the unit. The unit is also furnished with televisions in the living area as well as all bedrooms, DVD player, telephone with answering machine,however, telephone service is NOT provided, stackable washer/dryer, and bonus sleeper sofa in living room.

The unit is located in a gated community, on the ocean, called OCEAN VILLAGE, with a 24 hour security detail. There is a heated Olympic size swimming pool, outdoor whirlpool tub, a Tiki Hut for refreshments and snacks on the deck surrounding the pool. Next door, the Clubhouse includes an on site restaurant with bar, sauna, exercise room, showers, and racquetball courts. Outside is a 9 hole golf course with putting green, volleyball, tennis center with 10 courts, shuffle board and bocci ball. There are two additional swimming pools on the property and miles of pristine beaches a leisurely five minute walk from the apartment.

Ocean Village is located on beautiful Hutchinson Island off the coast of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, connected to the mainland by a causeway. Average temperatures in the month of January, the coldest month of the year, range between a high of 74 and a low of 51. Average rainfall for the month of January is 2.7 inches.

Fort Pierce is currently enjoying a renaissance in the downtown area with many lively restaurants and community events such as Friday Fest, a monthly festival on the banks of the Indian River. There is also a weekly Farmers Market on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The Indian Hills Golf Course is a public 18 hole, par 72 golf course nearby. On the waterfront downtown you will find a city marina, the Manatee Observation and Education Center and the Backus Gallery. Also downtown is the newly renovated Sunrise Theater which offers live entertainment.

Further afield, Cypress Gardens and the famous Bok Tower are a comfortable 2 hour drive away. Other "daytrips" you may enjoy are the John F. Kennedy Space Center near Melbourne, Florida also a 2 hour drive and Walt Disney World can be reached in about 2 and a half hours.
