8th floor luxury beachfront condo.Enjoy the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and the sunset over the Indian River from the wrap-around balconies.Great white sandy beach. Built in 2004. Fully furnished.Located between Vero Beach and Fort Pierce. Kitchen has everything including a wine refrigerator. Once you stay here, you will want to move here.
Area Description
This condo is close to Fort Pierce Inlet State Park and other state/city parks. Everything you need is within a short drive. There are many outdoor recreational areas for you to explore from fishing, boating, hiking, biking, shopping and just relaxing.
It is about halfway from Vero Beach and Fort Pierce, located on a barrier island.

I thought this was the best place I ever spent a vacation. I felt like I had the whole place to myself. Great pool and beach and not crowded. The exercise room was very nice.
