Description of the Hutchinson Island vacation condo rental

This beautiful decorated condo located on the first floor was completely refurbished in 2005. Upgraded appliances, washer and dryer in unit. New wood kitchen cabinets with granite tops. The bedroom has a ceiling fan, king size bed and is decorated in tropical theme. The living room has a comfortable queen pull out sofa. Outside the living area is a screened patio over looking the first hole of the golf course. The bathroom has a tub as well as a shower and outside the bathroom is a second separate vanity and sink. A TV is in the bedroom another in the living room with a VCR/DVD. Parking available outside your door.

Ocean Village Resort is located on South Hutchinson Island. Steps to the main pool with Tiki Hut to serve drinks and light lunch. A few more steps and a breathtaking view of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean with our private beach. A nine hole golf course runs through out the complex. Tennis courts available day or night, tennis pro available for lessons. Bocci, Game Rooms, Workout Rooms and soon to open a restaurant called Kristi's. Surf fishing is a big attraction as well as nearby charter boats for deep sea fishing. There are numerous 18 hole championship golf courses in the area
