Description of the Hutchinson Island vacation condo rental

(Ocean Village & Harbour Isle)
"OCEAN VILLAGE" property is a one of a kind private gated community on Hutchinson Island. We are located on the ocean side of the island, and with the Indian River to separate this little piece of paradise from the mainland,
the sub-tropical climate offers miles of unspoiled beach to explore.
This condo is located in the Catamaran II section of the Ocean Village complex. It is a corner unit on the second floor. The view from the screened patio overlooks a large lake with palm trees,sandwiched between two of our beautiful fairways. At night the lake lights up with the peaceful sound of water falling back on it self from the lighted water spout in its center.

"HARBOUR ISLE EAST" property is located just over the bridge on beautiful Hutchinson Island, in a private gated community. The brand new four story buildings are surrounded on all sides by water, with its own private marina. The sixty plus slips can accommodate any size boat, from 20' to 120'. This Condo is located within walking distance of our beautiful Pool and Spa area, the tennis courts, and a state of the art exercise room equipped with everything needed to keep a person in tip top shape.
The great feeling of being on the island is peacefull tranquillity. The bay beach is just accross the street for a pleasant picnic lunch and swim. The ocean beaches are just up the block, (5 min. by car), where there are enterances to enjoy the miles of pristine beach along A1A. The main beach being our South Beach.

Three to choose from,includeing the Prime Outlet Mall in Vero.Our mirina's for fishing and sightseeing charter's.The Navy Seal Museum.Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute.The A E Backus Art Gallery.The birthplace of the famous artists, The Highwayman. And of course the many Golf courses to choose from. Oh! Lets not forget the Baseball spring training camps. NY Mets in Port St.Lucie, and the LA Dodges in Vero Beach. • Required Stay: (One to Three Months)(1-$3,200 2-$3,000 3-$2,800)
   
• Lodging Tax: None.
   
• Deposits: Apx.One third (ASAP) before beginning of stay. $200.00 Security Deposit (Returnable, after unit is checked by owner after tenants departure.)
   
• Other Fees: Two person Minium,(Included). $100.00 extra per person for ANY part of the rental period. Please call owner for for more information if needed. Cleaning Fee for stay is $100.00. (No Other Fee's)
