Centrally located within a gated resort community; walk out your back door onto the 1st tee of the acclaimed Ocean Village Par 3 nine hole golf course. When you ��re not teeing off, you ��re only steps away from the expansive private beach, tennis courts, the Olympic-sized main pool with spa, exercise room, clubhouse and Tiki bar. Completely renovated in 2006 for owner occupancy, this one bedroom, one-of-a-kind unit, is now available for rent and comfortably accommodates four people.

The tropical décor invites you to relax and enjoy yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from cookware to wine glasses and features an eating bar and open floor plan to the living room for ease of entertaining. A screened-in patio off the living room allows you to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the ocean and watching the sunrise.

Double doors lead from the living room to the bedroom to allow for spacious living when open and total privacy when closed. In addition to the beautifully tiled bathroom, there ��s an additional vanity sink and dressing area. Other amenities include wall-to-wall ceramic tiled floors, central air and heat, full sized washer/dryer, ceiling fans, Cable TV, VCR/DVD, and local telephone service with Internet capabilities.

My husband and I found this condo to be exactly what we needed. It is the off season so the place was very quiet and the beach was 500ft from our room! We never had crowded areas, and the location is with in a hour or 2-3 of orlando, miami, west palm, exc. We couldn't have asked for a better week in a such a beautiful area. Highly reccomend if you want peace and quiet, or go in the busy season during winter if you want activities. It is located in a gated resort community with many tennis courts, pools, and a par 3 golf course.

I am a serious golfer, my wife is not but she does like to play. We stayed here for a week. We enjoyed having coffee on the back porch, watching the golfers tee-off on the first tee and walking 20 yards to the putting green. My wife and I played the Par 3 course together many times and found it quite challenging. For more serious golf I was within 30 minutes of at least 15-20 great courses and I took advantage of several -- while I was golfing, my wife was able to easily occupy herself at the pool or the beach, both within yards of the condo. She was also able to pick up tennis games with other vacationers. We were there during the "off season" -- for $500 per week, we plan to make this a yearly event! P.S. the kids had a ball!

 

 Best Beach Vacation, August 11, 2007

Two minute walk onto the best beach we have seen in FL, natural and undeveloped, lots of shells. We are from Ft Lauderdale and this beach is far superior. Great pool area and outdoor activities, beautiful grounds. This condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable, well supplied with all the comforts of home. They even have paper & cleaning supplies in the kitchen and bathroom! All appliances and decorating are brand new looking. Two additional airbeds in closet. Owners are easy to work with and accommodating. All in all, it was a great vacation for us. We have been to many different beaches all over the state of FL and like this one the best and we loved this particular condo. We will definitely be back to this condo.
