Description of the Hutchinson Island vacation condo rental

Welcome to the picturesque island known as Hutchinson Island. Ft Pierce/Hutchinson Island with beautiful weather and temperatures makes the golfing and beach a wonderful place with the wonderful weather and amenities!! This first floor remodeled condo unit is located in "Ocean Village", a beautifully maintained "Ocean Front Resort" on the North end of South Hutchinson Island. The condo's screened in terrace sits on the 9 hole executive golf course. A 3-4 minute walk places you on the beach or at the pool making it easy to come and go.
Ocean Village creates a wonderful vacation value for all ages with many resort amenities including a beautiful 3,000 foot private beach, 9 hole executive golf course, full service restaurant, olympic size heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, newly renovated tiki bar, exercise room, tennis courts, racquet ball, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard, and more. An onsite tennis pro offers private tennis lessons. The newly renovated poolside Tiki Bar serves sandwiches, burgers, specials and beverages.

This bright, spacious, newly renovated first floor condo with tile floors throughout has been designed for your enjoyment and offers all the comforts of home.

The condo is equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils and all appliances including a washer and dryer. The screened lanai has a table and chairs and overlooks the golf course.

The master bedroom has a golf course view, a king size cushion top bed, and a master bath with a separate vanity area. The second bedroom with a golf course view has a queen size memory foam bed with an adjacent bathroom.

Area Information

Water activities include fishing, boat tours, fishing charters, and local ocean side parks, nature trails and kayaking.
Other activities in the Hutchinson Island/Ft. Pierce include excellent restaurants, water side dining, the Sunrise Theater, and museums featuring local history, the Navy Seal Museum, artists..

The Saturday morning farmers market on the river in downtown Ft. Pierce providing fresh produce, homemade food, arts & crafts and live entertainment.
Friday Fest (first Friday evening) on the river has live entertainment and food .

Within in 1-2 hours of Ft. Pierce is Orlando/Disney World/MGM Studios, Cape Canaveral/Space Coast, Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach, theater, opera, and outlet malls (Vero Beach).

Within 2 hours of Ft. Pierce is the Daytona 500 Speedway, Cruise lines.

Great deal, nice place

July 27, 2012

Great off-season deal. Beaches were fantastic, no crowds, peaceful northern part of Hutchinson south island. Nice condo, well equipped, nice beds and bathrooms. Fishing is good on the beach, ocean, or in the Indian River. Wonderful place to stay and relax and enjoy the outdoors.

GREAT CONDO!

We stayed at this condo for a week in June 2012, and loved the condo! The layout was perfect for two couples, with a bathroom for each bedroom, and the living room separated the bedrooms. We had 9 adults vacationing together, renting 2 other condos in the Ocean Village complex, and ours was large enough for everyone to hang out in. Everything is easily accessible from condo-thought we would need bikes to get to pool-but didn't end up needing them. Farmers Market on Saturdays in Fort Pierce is a great place to have breakfast or lunch. One of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in, would highly reccomend this place.

Nice getaway

It's very nice quiet community with friendly people. Perfect for couples and families with kids. No noise, no crowds, no problem at all. Condo was well equipped with everything we could think about, beach was clean and private, kids enjoyed tiki-bar. And there are flowers everywhere. I'm glad we spent our rare and precious vacation there. Thanks!

Spring Break In Style

This condo was clean, spacious, well-stocked and newly renovated. All the rooms were large and comfortable. We enjoyed the golf course that was only $3 for 9 holes and free after 5 pm!!! Very nice course. The pool was warm and clean. The hot tub was a bit small and shallow but still enjoyable. The tiki bar had affordable drinks and decent food- nice surprise! The beach was very private and quiet. And the water was crystal clear. We were able to witness a space shuttle launch there early one morning- very cool! Overall, very nice place to stay- I would definitely go back.
