Olympic sized heated pool and tennis courts are the outside ammenities and of course the Atlantic Ocean at your door step. New paint and tile in all rooms and new deck and furniture to view the magnificent ocean from this sixth floor unit. All new furnishings with new central air and open floor plan make this a destination you won't want to leave. No smoking and no pets please. Linens are provided.
