"Spoonbill" 2/2 ocean front condo on Hutchinson Island in Stuart, Florida with private covered parking space. Fully equipped. 40 miles north of Palm Beach International Airport. Walking distance to the Indian River Plantation Marriott Resort where you can enjoy guest privileges such as golf, tennis, water sports, spa, fitness center, hotel dining and the beautiful beach. Also there is a tiki bar located at the entrance to the private beach area. Lovely pool with barbeque grills for Spoonbill residents and guests are available.
Area Description
The resort condo is located on the Treasure Coast of Florida in Stuart (Martin County). Everything you could want in a rental is here and it is the perfect way to relax, meet new friends and enjoy coastal recreation. Nearby is downtown Stuart and Jensen Beach with historical and contemporary areas with numerous restaurants, shops and theatres. The Treasure Coast mall is also a short distance away with many major department stores and movie theatres. This area is the sailfish capital of the world.
