Description of the Hutchinson Island vacation condo rental

This beautiful unit located on the 7th floor has sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. Enjoy beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean and breathtaking sunsets over the Indian River. It has been totally renovated with ceramic tile floors in the living areas, wet bar, crown moulding in every room, hand painted mural in living room and kitchen ceiling, berber carpeting in both bedrooms and new cabinetry in master bath as well as new ceramic tiling in both bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed. It is tastefully decorated in a tropical motif with new furniture throughout. Ceiling fans in bedrooms, living room and kitchen, three flat screen TV's and two DVD players. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels as well as all linens are provided, just pack your personal belongings and enjoy your stay in paradise.

Area Information

The unit is located at Bryn Mawr Ocean Towers in North Hutchinson Island. Bicycling (two bicycles are provided), fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking (kayak launch located on the property), snorkeling, golfing, wildlife preserves are a few of the activities that you can enjoy. Fine dining, shopping, museums and theaters are all within driving distance. The Navy Seal Museum is just down the road. The property is one hour away from Palm Beach International Airport and within two hours from Disney/Orlando attractions and Kennedy Space Center.

CANCELLATION: Required at least 90 days prior to arrival date for refund of deposit. If cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to arrival deposit and first month's rent will be forfeited.

There are many restaurants from casual to fine dining within minutes of the property. Many of our favorites are right on the waterfront. The Fort Pierce Marina is just a few minutes away. You can rent boats, kayaks, canoes, charter fishing boats there. Tours of the Indian River are also available. On Saturday mornings there is a wonderful Farmer's Market with live music and arts and crafts.
