Description of the Hutchinson Island vacation condo rental

Enjoy panoramic ocean views and breezes from our 3rd floor condo with elevator. Centrally located on the 1st golf tee and main pool and access to 3000 feet of private beach. Newly renovated Ocean Villa II cluster, it is convenient yet private. Completed in 2006, open floor plan flows from a new eat-in kitchen with granite counter top...to living room with wall-to-wall glass doors...to screened in balcony. French doors lead to bedroom, also with ocean view. King size sleigh bed and private dressing area. Washer/dryer, new bathroom. Just bring bathing suit!

Completely furnished it includes a fully equipped kitchen with side by side refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, stove, double sink, central air and heat, washer and dryer, linens, pots, pans, tableware, color TV in living room and bedroom, VCR, DVD, cable, answer machine, clock radio, iron, ceiling fans in living room and bedroom, beach chairs. Local telephone service included---Internet ready.

I have just had the most fabulous holiday in and around Hutchinson Island, this Vacation Condo was perfect, it had every facility and was spotlessly clean, it was in the ideal location not far from any where in Florida, 2hours to Miami, 2hours to Daytona, i am English when Booking the accomadation the owners were very helpful, especially when sorting out the exchange rate. i can definately recommend this property.

My family stayed in this Condo last July. The unit was "attention to detail" equipped. This was a beautifully decorated unit with high end furniture and accents throughout. It's close location to the main pool and just walking distance to the beach was perfect. Working with the owners was seamless. The price was very competitive to other units in the area, but for the money this one beat out all others.
