Our family spent spring break at this house and had a wonderful time. The house is well maintained and you cannot beat the location. The ocean side beach is rocky, so not good for swimming, but there are other beaches near by. Easy access to jensen beach and stuart for shopping, dining out or seeing a movie. The house has ample room for playing board games and cards and a good kitchen so you can prepare your own meals.

The views from this property are outstanding. It's closeness to Stuart and Jensen Beach shopping and restaurants is great. However, the house is very dark and kitchen is . outdated. Cabinet doors don't line up, and kitchen supplies were minimal. Didn't have steps to beach for first week. People before us were using ladder! Owner was very nice Will give 3 stars because if we needed it fixed she sent someone, but loks like no effort is being put it to preventive maintenance and interior doesn't give a beach feeling.

We just returned home from two weeks at this vacation home. We've been vacationing on Hutchinson Island for many years, and this was our best stay EVER! We normally stay in a condo, but due to the fact that both our adult children and their significant others were coming along this year, we needed more space. This house was absolutely perfect for us! The layout of the home is great! Plenty of room for our whole family to gather for meals (the large dining room overlooks the beautiful river view) or for conversation in the family room overlooking the gorgeous Atlantic! The bedrooms are large and comfortably furnished. Having three full baths was great, too! We enjoyed swimming in the Atlantic, beach combing for shells and sea glass, and fishing off the dock in the river! Our daughter's boyfriend proposed to her on the beach just down the way at the historic House of Refuge while we were there! So glad we had this time together to revive as now we have to get busy planning a wedding! Everyone is already talking about returning next summer! I highly recommend this property. The owner is very personable and quick to respond to questions. It's the perfect place for our family!

The home was very spacious and the views magnificant! We walked the beach every morning and night and in between spent time relaxing on one of the decks (there's an upper and lower). The ocean breeze was just perfect to keep the air comfortable. We were attending a wedding in Florida and the groom is from Ireland. So on Saturday we had many Irish visiting. I think it may have been the highlight of your US trip. Although they have beaches in Ireland it's much too cold most of the year to enjoy. We heard comment after comment on how great the location was. For those with little ones - Bathtub beach is a nice walk away or a very short commute. We would definitely stay there again should the opportunity arise. Also, the owners were very easy to work with and we enjoyed doing business with them. Thanks so much!!!

We loved our visit here. You can set on any balcony and enjoy the view of the ocean. Nice to walk on the beach. Fishing from the dock is great. It was great hearing the ocean all the time. The owners are great to work with and respond to very quickly. Really great location...

My family of 4 stayed here for 8 days. House is great/clean, very spacious rooms. 2 of 3 bedrooms are ocean front with great balconies to sit/relax on. There are private beaches to either side of house, walk a few yards and there's a sandy, gradual beach. There are some rocks on these beaches so if you want total sand you can drive 1 mile to Stuart beach (or MANY other beaches) -which was great for skim boarding and swimming. Out the front door of house is a dock on intercoastal waters - my family loved this. You can wade in and swim here, fish from dock, or just watch bottlenose dolphins, pelicans and herons. Full kitchen and grocery store nearby - we mostly packed lunches for beach and ate in at night. Town of Stuart is very quaint, good restaurants. Great golf nearby. Highly recommend Captain Nancy's boat tour of intercoastal waterways - great for all ages. This house is a great place to unwind and have plenty of access to sun/sand/water right out front and back doors. Views from all windows are great. There are reef/rock like areas which are great to explore on the beach but would bring beach shoes for these. My son caught fish standing on the beach and just throwing his line in. We were a little worried this might be too remote for kids (ex no hotel pool) but our 14 and 16 yo kids loved it. Full size laundry,3 full baths make plenty of room for all. Property manager was great, very quick to respond when we had questions. Highly recommend this property! Do need a car.
