Three story townhouse with two car garage.
Two bedrooms, two baths. Master bedroom has plush king size bed, private balcony with ocean views, walk in closet, large full bath and 36" TV. Guest bedroom has queen size bed ,large closet and TV.
The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and all cooking items are available.
The living room has vaulted ceilings,new leather furniture, ceramic tile flooring, 36" TV,cable, video, sterio, and DVD.
This unit is completely furnished including all linens, dishes, games books, and phone service.
Three blocks from Ft. Pierce Inlet with fishing docks and piers.

Area Information

One block off the beach in South Hutchinson Island. Lots of great restuarants,State beach parks, boat ramps and marinas.
Minutes from Stuart and Vero beach.
One hour from Daytona Beach and 1 1/2 hour from Disney World.

Great stay on Hutchinson's Island

We were quite pleased with the location and the accommodation of our townhouse. The townhouse is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach had very few people and the water was perfect for swimming. Lots of shells to collect too! The townhouse was bright, spacious and comfortable. The beds, a queen and a king, were quite comfortable even for someone with back problems. We especially enjoyed sitting out at the table on the porch for our breakfasts. Several seafood restaurants are close offering a variety of fish and burger items at reasonable prices and friendly service. Recommend.

3 months of home at the beach

This is a spacious & homey condo in a safe & walking -the- dog-friendly neighborhood. Everything is provided for functionality, with beach decor adding to the ambience. There are 5 great restaurants within 5 blocks, more at about 5 more blocks. Safe walking or biking.

Great condo with everything we wanted...

It was wonderful to See and Hear the surf from the bedrooms and living room. The kitchen is well stocked and it was very clean. We walked to the beach everyday. We felt it was a private and quiet beach just for us. Nice town of Stuart is about 10- 15 minutes South or Ft. Pierce to the North for shopping and groceries. . WE LOVED IT AND HOPE TO RETURN.. Best EVER!

This was the best vacation. The townhouse was awesome. It was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The property owner was fabulous. I cannot wait to go back. This area is beautiful , the beaches are secluded and gorgeous. This particular neighborhood is just a little ol beach community, It was wonderful!
