Description of the Hyannis vacation condo rental

The Yachtsman is a beachfront community of condominiums located on Hyannis Harbor and Nantucket Sound in a perfect spot for a wonderful late spring, summertime or early fall vacation or holiday.

Our condominium is a multi-level townhouse with fantastic ocean views. It has been completely updated throughout and features a kitchen with granite counters, a sunken living room, three large bedrooms, two full baths and one half bath.

The condominiums are within easy walking of downtown Hyannis, the Hyannis public docks, the state run ferry to Nantucket, the Hy-line ferry to Martha's Vineyard and HyannisPort with Sunset Hill. The private beach is ideal for young children and the private swimming pool has a lifeguard. This is an absolutely wonderful area for a vacation.

The Yachtsman, with its private beach and pool and its closeness to downtown Hyannis, is a great place to vacation. July and August are especially nice with all the summertime activities, but don't forget June and September. In June the Cape awakens in anticipation of the summer, and in September the weather is generally the best of the entire year.

The first level has the kitchen, dining area, a half bath, and sunken living room with fireplace. Sliders open to the ground-level deck with gas-fired barbeque and comfortable deck furniture.

The second level has the master bedroom with an en suite bath and magnificent views of Nantucket Sound from its deck. Also, on this level there are the second full bath, laundry facilities, and another bedroom. All bedrooms on this level are air conditioned.

The third level has a large sitting area with sliders to a full-size deck. The views of Nantucket Sound and Hyannis's Outer Harbor are breathtaking! Also, on this level is the third bedroom.

The Yachtsman condominiums are located on Hyannis Harbor and Nantucket Sound. Hyannis is located about 75 miles southeast of Boston, MA USA. Hyannis is easily accessible by either car or airplane. The drive from Boston's Logan International Airport (BOS) to our condominium averages about 1.5 hours. If you choose to fly, then Cape Air offers direct flights from Logan to Hyannis' Regional Airport (HYA). Hyannis is located in the area of Cape Cod referred to as mid-Cape, which makes it an ideal spot for day trips to other areas of Cape Cod and Boston and Providence. This is an absolutely wonderful area for a holiday or vacation.

The condominiums are off the beaten track in a very private beach area of Hyannis, yet the condominiums are not far from the summertime activities and restaurants, which for the most part are at 1 mile from the condominiums. Take in a concert at the park in Hyannis center. Catch a ferry to the island of Nantucket at the wharf at Hyannis' inner harbor. Take a sunset sail of the harbor from Hyannis' wharf. And, much more all at 1 mile.
