Everything was great and renting the condo was the most painless experiece I have ever gone through. I thought "wow this was way to easy, there has to be a catch"! But there were none and the description on the web site was just like it said. The only problem was the sewage spill from the broken pipe in Mexico closed down the beaches but that kind of thing happens. I will come back again.

My family often vacations in Imperial Beach, and this condo is our absolute favorite. We've rented here several times, and it just gets better each time. We especially enjoy how close the property is to the ocean, and that the views from the living room and master bedroom balconies are breathtaking. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood that is also close to everything we could possibly need. The owner is very attentive to comfort details - we always feel like this is our home away from home. We plan to return as often as possible!

We spent Christmas in this unit, the ocean views and beach cannot be beat. We were able to walk for an hour and still did not run out of beach. The only drawback we had was that it is about 5 blocks to the nearest eatery/bar. Sally was wonderful to us, always so concerned that everything was okay. Wonderful vacation, thanks for everything.

We were looking for a quiet place on the beach close to San Diego where we could spend Christmas week. This condo met and exceeded all of our expectations and requirements. There are literally miles of beach to walk and enjoy. The condo itself had everything and more than we needed. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Beautiful accommodations plus a wonderful, kind, and extremely thoughtful owner. Highly recommend for honeymoons and vacations of all kinds. If you were any closer to the ocean, you would be in it! Minutes from anywhere you'd want to go in San Diego. Just extraordinary!

Our time spent was in one word, Fabulous!!It was a return to my home town after living in Oklahoma for 40 years and was very important and very sentimental. We found Sally's condo to be so clean, well-stocked and totally perfect!! Comfortable furniture (especially the lounge chair for my husband to view TV, the ocean and the fireplace) and well maintained faciliies, Everything you would want when away from home. The weather is perfect San Diego and we were treated to daily viewings of dolphin right off our balconies. Seven of my high school friends flew in from Northern Calif. and Las Vegas and we all fit in perfectly to lunch in the spacious living room. Each of them left with high praise for Sally's attention to details. The condo was stocked with binoculars, reading material and anything you could possibly need to live here for a short or lengthy stay. Ask Sally about all her personal touches to make you feel "at home", maybe better! I can see us visiting our home town often and staying here again. The owner is helpful,friendly and professional and very anxious to please her guests and that makes for a perfect vacation.
