3 story home with bedrooms and baths on each provides large groups privacy. Open floor plan includes great room on top floor with wood-beamed cathedral ceiling, large windows facing lake, wood burning fireplace (wood supplied), dining table seats 12. Two large wrap around decks face south and receive sun all day. Separate den with wood burning fireplace and new pool table

Amenities include new outdoor hot tub, pool table, 2 wood burning fireplaces (wood supplied), 4 televisions (2 large screen), and high speed internet. Home gets lots of SUNSHINE!

We are the owners of this home and living in Tahoe. We work directly with tenants.

Area Information

Incline Village is the NICEST town in Lake Tahoe. It's a planned community with 3 private beaches, 2 golf courses, and a recreation center with tennis courts.

It's nicely wooded and feels like a cozy mountain resort town.

Great Family Vacation Home

This vacation home was great for our whole family - kids & grandchildren alike. We loved the Tahoe feel of the home with the wood beams and floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room and it being all on one level. The kitchen was roomy and very up-to-date. Having a large deck in the backyard with outdoor furniture and a hot tub was also a plus. I would suggest that a railing be put on the deck for the safety of "little ones." The proximity to beaches, golf, restaurants, and other entertainment was great and it is located on a very quiet sreet. Incline is the family's yearly "renunion" spot, and we will definitely look into renting this home again next year.
