Description of the Incline Village vacation condo rental

Beautifully decorated and maintained condo on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe in the exclusive McCloud development located at Incline Village just one block from the Hyatt Hotel and walking distance to one of the most pristine beaches on the lake. Purchased brand new in the last phase of the development, this unit is decorated in a Tahoe Lodge theme complete with log pole bed in the master and beautiful pine furnishings in the second bedroom each with queen beds. The sofa opens to a queen bed to accommodate up to six persons. The living room with river rock fireplace, hardwood floors and French doors lead to a deck with patio, table and chairs, umbrella and barbecue in a private, quiet forest setting. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and a lovely dining area. A spa and hot tub are available for guest use after an active day. An enclosed garage secures your bicycles and skis and provides shelter from the sun and snow storms. Most of my guests return year after year once they have found this piece of heaven at the lake.

This property is located at Incline Village on the north shore of the lake in a very upscale community with two exclusive beaches for use by it's residents and guests ONLY. One beach has a boat launch, kids play structure and snack bar. The other beach has a pool, kids wading pool, kids play structure, snack bar and both have beautiful, pristine sand, volleyball nets, picnic tables, lifeguards on duty and completely family friendly.

For the skiier, Diamond Peak is just a five minute drive up the hill and Northstar is a twenty minute drive. There are shuttle buses available to Squaw, Alpine and other ski areas.

There is a championship golf course and an executive golf course, both 18 hole complete with brand new club house, pro shop, bar, snack bar driving range and putting green.

A community recreation center includes an indoor pool, basketball court, fitness room, aerobic classes, tennis courts, child care facility and organized activities.

Hiking and biking trails abound throughout for easy or strenuous enthusiasts.

There are casinos at the Hyatt hotel and within a five minute drive providing gaming, restaurants and live entertainment. You will not be a loss for things to do!

• Deposits: $200 deposit required to hold your dates and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No cancellations within the 30 day period. No pets, no smoking allowed. Maximum six persons.
   
• Other Fees: Additional fee of $85 for cleaning (includes sheets, towels, cleaning on departure) plus refundable $150 security deposit (you get that back assuming everything is in good order when you leave).

Beautifully furnished condo in a great location! We barbecued nightly off a very private deck looking out to openspace woods. They provided all the amenities for going to one of three great beaches. We'll be back!
