During the summer this home comes with IVGID beach passes, allowing guests to access Incline Village's renowned private beaches for a daily use fee. Guests must bring the provided passes to the entry kiosks where the entry fee is charged. One of the two beaches offers beach volleyball, swimming pool and snack stand. Use of the boat launch is also available with the beach pass.
