Description of the Indialantic vacation condo rental

Beautiful 4th Floor 2 bedroom/ 2 bath corner unit with breathtaking views of the ocean. A wrap around balcony affords spectaular views of the beach.

Unit was recently renovated and redecorated in a tropical motiff in line with it's proximity to the beach. The unit is fully equiped so that you need only bring your cloths and a tooth brush!

The condominium is extremely well maintained and primarily made up of full time residents and "snow birds" using their units as winter homes assuring that you stay will be relaxing. The condominium has direct private beach access, a full time on -site manager and maintenance staff along with an oversized heated pool that is open year round.

The unit comes with a 1 car garage.

The unit is located on Highway A1A in Indialantic which is a small beach side community with low density compared to the other beach front communities in Florida such as Daytona Beach or S. Florida.

Excellent restaurants are a short walk away. The Melbourne airport served by Delta Airlines is just 10 minutes away. The Orlando airport is a short 60 minute drive. Disney World, Universal Studios and the Kennedy Space Center are no more than a 90 minute drive.

I have vacationed at another unit in this building for 10 years. To be able to swim most everyday and walk the beach at will is wonderful. The security is outstanding. Management is the best. This building is maintained at all times. The parking and amenities convenience at it's best. I have loved staying here.  more...
