This 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo is in a beautiful Indiatlantic/Melbourne Beach location. It is so quiet and relaxing and super views of the ocean in your back yard. There is an elevator to get to my condo.
Condo if fully equipped with sheets, towels, linens. Full equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Granite countertops. All the pleasures are at this Home away from Home. Very comfortable beds and furniture.
If you like fishing there is surf fishing on this beach. Or drive 15 minutes to the Sebastian Inlet. This is where the OCean and the River meet. Just beautiful views.
My prices are very low for this beautiful condo. Compare and see how inexpensive it is to stay here.
Only 15 minutes to Melbourne International Airport. Delta Airlines is the major Airline and also US Air.

Area Information

There is no other Beach like Melbourne Beach in all of Florida. There are not many high rises and so the traffic is low. The Beaches are clean and beautiful. The restaurants are nice and not as expensive as South Florida. The shopping is great. 2 beautiful golf courses nearby and very reasonably priced. In fact they are a bargain compared to most of Florida courses.
Close to a major airport. Only 15 minutes to Melbourne International and about 50 miles from Orlando Inrenational Airport

peaceful & pretty

The condo was very nice, with a beautiful view of the ocean. We loved that everything was supplied - beach towels, boogy boards, and beach chairs. We also enjoyed that the beach was not very crowded. Great for our family of 7. Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church was only 2 miles up the street which made it convenient to get to Mass.

Perfect Vacation Spot

This was a last minute vacation for my family of 5 and the owner and agent went out of their way to make it the most relaxing, enjoyable vacation. The condo has everything you need, all furnishings are in excellent condition and up-to-date, very clean, and comfortably slept the five of us (and there was plenty of room for more!). They even supply all of the necessary beach equipment (beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, etc.) as well as bed linens and bathroom towels. The building is literally steps away from the ocean. The oceanfront views from the balcony were unobstructed and incredible. The town itself is welcoming, not a lot of traffic, plenty of shops and restaurants. There were plenty of attractions close by for those family members who wanted to do more than spend the day at the beach...Disney and Universal are both about an hour west, and the Kennedy Space Center was about 45 minutes north. Overall, it was a perfect vacation, despite how last minute it was. We were treated as friends and absolutely plan on returning.

Great place for a big Family

This condo has all you need for a great vacation. It has fun tropical decor, lots of space to move around, bunk beds with trundle, a king and queen, 2 couches, an updated kitchen and a magnificent view of the beautiful blue Atlantic Ocean. It is easy to access this 2 nd floor haven using the elevator or one short flight of stairs. The pool was warm and close by and the ocean just steps away. They even had beach towels, chairs and body boards for their guests. This place gets an A+ from the York family.
