Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath direct oceanfront corner unit with huge balconey and living room/dining room overlooking the ocean. Great surfing, diving, swimming and just walking on the beach & relaxing. Heated pool, private jacuzzi tub, gas grill, and workout room. everything you need for the ultimate vacation.
The Cristal condo(built in 2000) is across the street from Starbucks and very close to shopping for the ultimate in convenience. The Dove,Texas Roadhouse, RJ Gators, Paneras Bread, and many other restaurants within a mile or so.
Great area..you'll love it here.
Rented till Aug 2010 but call for similar properties availability.

Area Description

Close to Port Canaveral(20 min.) and Disney/Orlando(1 hour). Best place to stay much nicer and classier than Cocoa Beach or Cape Canaveral.
Melbourne is a great place to stay with loads of shopping & restaurants within a mile or two. Vero Beach is 30 miles and the Cape 20 miles. There's tons to do here with malls, the King Center for the Arts, parks, beautiful uncrowded beaches, and great deep sea fishing and diving.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

Area is one of the nicest beach areas in Florida and one of the top turtle nesting sites in the world. Lots to do here for adults and children. If I was going to Florida to enjoy the beach & the theme parks I'd stay here & drive to Orlando...much nicer without the traffic & commotion of Orlando. Condo can sleep 6 and save you renting 3 hotel rooms...plus you can bring your pets.

Beautiful Condo/Centrally Located to Area, January 6, 2009

I was fortunate enough to have the pleasure of staying at this location through the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Having never before rented a place in this manner, I was happily surprised with the location, owners hospitality, cleanliness of the unit and how well it was stocked-up with all the amenities you would ever imagine. This condo is centrally located in the Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach and Indiatlantic area with easy beach access and a heated pool. Perfect for anyone with a "jones" for Starbucks too since that sits right across the street. Views from the condo were gorgeous. We could sit out on the balcony and daily watch the surfers as well as spotting the occasional dolphin and whale too! Great view of Cape Canaveral. Near Kennedy Space Center and the Orlando area for site seeing. Would highly recommend this unit and owner. We hated to leave and definitley plan to be back. The doggies even rated our stay as four paws and a tail!

I've had numerous people stay here from all over the country and they all loved the place as well as the area. I've lived in the area since 1964(condo was built in 2000) and think it's the best place in Florida and 2nd only to La Jolla (in San Diego) in my book!
