Wonderful Family Vacation! Perfect Place to stay

We loved our rental unit at Blue Water Rentals it was extremely clean and well kept. Linens and towels were great quality, loved that they also supplied Beach towels. Fast internet and flat screen tvs. The best part was outside; great little patio with a peek view of the ocean, bbq and picnic table. The shortest walk to the beach and the best shell collecting; we can home with 3 bags of the most beautiful shells. We will be returning often!

Christmas Vacation

Had a great time. Phil was so helpful the few times we needed his advice. Great location, nice decor, comfortable bed, small shower but lots of pressure. All the comforts of home. Had a great time, hated to leave. Can't wait to go back.

Five Star Update

Blue Water Beach Rentals is in a great location, close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Recent updates reflect attention to detail in every room. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need. We were impressed with the new appliances and granite countertops. New furniture, flat screen telelvisions and nice linens were also appreciated. We would enjoy staying at Blue Water Beach again and highly recommend it as a clean, comfortable place to stay at reasonable rates.

The cottage was beautifully updated & comfortable. We were in unit 2 so did not have any noise from the road or from neighbors. Kitchen was supplied with utensils, pots & pans. Beach was within walking distance. Would also like to thank P. Harmon for letting us bring our 2 Chihuahuas. Would love to rent there again. We walked to restuarants, played tennis & took our dogs on daily walks.

Delightful and a great value

Though the weather was HORRIBLE all month, the comfortable accomodations allowed for a nice vacation. The remodelled unit is well appointed, the bed was comforatble, the shower, though small, had a nice, hard spray, the beach is very close and nice, it's near some great restaurants (check out the Sweet Sage in North Reddington Beach for breakfast or lunch), and it is well located along the stretch of beaches from St. Pete and Clearwater. Management is wonderful in all ways.

Very NICE!!

We drove from Atlanta and ended up getting in at 1am. We were worried that it would be a hassle once we arrived. The manager had given us a key code. We were able to get settled in quick (we have an infant too!) and the manager had even turned on the light inside...so welcoming. The decor was AMAZING, I was a little shocked how nice the inside was for a beach rental. The beach access was great and the distance to restaurants and the ice cream shop was so close it was a super short walk. We are definitely visiting again and staying at Blue Water! LOVED IT!!!

Very clean and newly renovated space. Was simple enough to let a toodler run around without having to worry too much about securing everything. And great access to the beach. Good restaurants nearby- Keegan's (was on food netwrok), and best crabs ever- Crabby Bills, whuch is a litle pricy but worth it. Best part about the location is if you get tired of the beach you are inbetween Clearwater and St.Pete's beach (about 15-20min drive away). So, we ended driving to these locations for Dolphin watching , shopping etc. And you are only a hour away from Ana Maria island and its a great drive to it via st. Pete's beach. And Anna Maria beach was great for toddlers with puddles in the beach that would let them sit and play without worrying about waves. Only comment about the unit was lack of a bathtub -needed for a toddler. But other than that the space was great and the owner was very understanding. Would do it again next year.

Best honeymoon ever!

We picked Blue Water Beach Rentals for our honeymoon and it was perfect. Our family stayed in another rental, giving us time to visit local restaurants, the beach, and charming gift shops when we weren't relaxing in our comfortable, plush one bedroom suite. The neighbors were friendly and our pets came with us! I would recommend staying here and will stay again in the near future. The happy couple, Steve and Lisa, Sachem & Maceo (our doggies).

Beautifully updated get-away suite

My boyfriend and I stayed in this great little spot last month when we headed south to get a break from the winter weather. You could hardly be closer to the beach, there are some fabulous restaurants nearby and the neighborhood was super friendly, including the property owner, Phil. The rental itself is modern and clean and includes everything you need to spend a hassle-free week in the sun. I would recommend this spot to anyone who is looking for a home away from home during their stay on the west coast of Florida. Make sure you pop across the street to cafe soleil for breakfast. And don't miss Crabby Bill's and PJ's Oyster Bar - really really great food. You're right between St Pete's and Clearwater, lots of beach to chose from and major league ball parks are close by. Love to return sometime in the future.
