Beachfront luxury condo in Indian Rocks Beach, FL (between Clearwater and Tampa/St. Petersburg) on the Gulf of Mexico available for vacation rentals, holidays, golfing adventures, romantic getaways, weddings, and corporate housing. Indian Rocks Beach is a great family beach with lots of great restaurants and family-oriented activities available nearby for adults and children of all ages. Our condo is a beachfront condo and you have a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico from the windows, the sliding glass doors, and the private balcony for our unit. People have stayed with us from all over the United States, Canada, Europe, etc. and have enjoyed their vacations and our condo/amenities. Our unit is consistently top-rated by guests for all rental seasons for quality/ability to have a great time at the beach. Satisfaction guaranteed.

The condo has 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, and 2 Twins), 2 full bathrooms, a Sleeper Sofa (Queen) in the living/family room, state of art appliances and furniture. The condo has a private balcony with private spiral stairs leading directly to a heated pool, jacuzzi/spa, large sundeck with lounge chairs and tables, tennis court, and barbecue gas grills that are all within a distance of 75 feet. It is just 100 feet to the private, white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico (where the water is almost always delightfully warm!).

Amenities include: heated pool, jacuzzi/spa, tennis court, large sundeck with lounge chairs and tables, volleyball area, gas barbecue grills, private balcony with private spiral stairs, central air conditioning/heating, breakfast bar, ceiling fans, dishwasher, disposal, double sink, two elevators, microwave oven, range/oven, refrigerator w/icemaker, telephones with free local calls, high speed internet access for all types of computers, cable TV's, VCR/DVD's, various kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, wet bar, covered assigned parking right next to the elevator, plenty of parking for guests, and 24/7 professional property management.

The condo easily sleeps 6-8 in luxurious comfort. Everything (including towels and linens) is provided, the only thing you need are groceries (or eat out at restaurants every day) and beach supplies. Even a car is not essential because the Sun Coast Trolley will take you all the way from St. Pete Beach to Sand Key (Clearwater) daily with unlimited stops in-between for just one price!

Activities available nearby include: golf, sailing, jetskis, boat charters/rentals, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, hiking/biking trails, jogging, aerobics classes, crafts classes, horseback riding, kite-flying, racquetball, volleyball, basketball, skateboarding, miniature golf, cinemas, community parks, libraries, gyms, dolphin-watching and dinner cruises, shopping, sightseeing, theme parks, and many other activities too numerous to list. The condo is 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 20 minutes from St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport. Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, and all the attractions in Tampa (aquarium, museums, theaters, restaurants, professional/college sports such as baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer, tennis, etc.) are each within 30 minutes and Disney/Sea World/Universal Studios/Orlando is within 90 minutes. It is simply a great place to relax and/or engage in a wide range of activities!

The rent varies from $845.78 to $2,000.00 per week depending on the week or weeks selected. The rent includes a premium for the convenience and safety of private balcony spiral stairs leading directly to the heated pool, jacuzzi/spa, private beach, large sundeck with lounge chairs and tables, tennis court, and barbecue gas grills. Rent does not include a separate $165 cleaning/rental insurance fee and the 12% Florida sales/resort tax. Rentals are generally Saturday to Saturday. No smoking, no pets. Adults, families and children of all ages welcome. Credit cards welcome. Extended stays of 2 weeks or more welcome. The Best Family Friendly Vacation

We stayed in unit 206. The balcony faces the Gulf of Mexico. The view is beautiful!! This condo was well equiped with anything that you would need. Our Grandaughter had a great time in the pool and playing on the beach, Bush Gardens and the Aquarium. This was a taste of luxury at a great price. We will definitely return.

Very nice condo

The condo was very nice--living room furniture a bit tired, but we didn't spend much time inside so it really wasn't a problem. The tenants above us were pretty active! The sliding doors of other units can be heard very clearly in the unit. I suppose it's a role of the dice as to who is above, beside or below you! Of the three gas grills that were available only 1 seemed to stay during the cooking time. The other two would go off intermittently. Nice to have the option though. Wish there were beach/pool towels available--for six people, it's like adding an extra suitcase to accommodate towels. Very nice having a washer/dryer. Also there were no barbecue utensils available in the unit, only plastic. We were offered a set of tongs, but were told that metal utensils were not available. Pool area was clean and the beach is beautiful. The information from the owner about places to eat, etc were on target. The management company was very helpful as well. Over all a nice place to stay.

Additional bath towels are provided on request from the property manager dedicated to our condo unit. Beach towels are not provided because many guests prefer to bring their own for health reasons and/or because many guests want to get a souvenir beach towel while on vacation in Florida. We host many families with children of all ages and provide plastic barbecue utensils for safety reasons, especially with young children staying in the condo unit. Loved the condo. Well maintained and clean. Nothing flashy but that is not why we were there. Right at the beach- easy access. Well supplied kitchen. Perfect for a family situation.

TRULY WONDEFUL VACATION

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at this condo on the Gulf of Mexico. The condo was very clean and spacious; the view was great. The private stairs up to the patio served us very very well with having little ones. We found that we could keep the front door locked all day while we were at the pool and beach, along with avoiding the elevator, etc. The location is great. Having the use of the shuttle just outside the condo was also a plus. All in all, my family and I enjoyed the condo. It had all we needed for a great vacation in the sun! Anyone going to this area must go to John's Pass, a great place to shop, eat, etc..

We had our first intergenerational vacation and the condo was perfect for us ... 3 rooms - on one side parents and kiddy quarters and on the other, the grandparents. We were delighted with the towel and linens service and the bathroom cleaning once a week. I would highly recommend this condo (and this building) - the staff is very professional and friendly ... we miss ya, Bonnie and Dotty!
