Description of the Indian Rocks Beach vacation condo rental

New beachfront condominiums with direct gulf view. Since these are preferred end units there are open panoramic views formthe balcony and windows in everyroom to let the great Florida sunlight into all rooms.Everything is new. Enjoy the beach form the 20 foot balcony. This thrid floor condo overlooks the heated pool and hot tub. The gormet kitchen has granit countertops and state of the art appliances. The master bedroom has a king size bed with adjoining walkin in bathroom and walk in closet. Baths have granite and Itialiam tile. THe second bedroom has two twin beds. The second bath has a tub and shower.A queen sixe sofa is located in the living room. THis is a 20 unit four story building with elevator access. We also have assigned covered parking.

Oceanside and Oceanway, are favorites among all travelers, is a new property completed in early 2004 and 2005. These properties offer a unique setting. Each unit has an unobstructed Gulf Front view and an intracoastal view from the back corridor. Whether you are a beach bum or a fisherman by nature, this property will suit you. Each unit offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths totaling just over 1500 square feet. This 20 unit complexes are right in the heart of downtown Indian Rocks Beach. Great vacation spot and an excellent condo! It is beautifully furnished and has all the amenities of home. I just spent a week here and I highly recommend it! Oceanside is right on the beach and close to all the great food spots and convenient stores. This condo is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunsets! THUMBS UP for Unit 306 at Oceanside!

The condo is right on the beach and the breeze was awesome sitting on the deck. The condo has a nice kitchen. The tvs need to be updated, they are small and old,and the master bedroom bed is very hard.The furnishing are nice, my children loved it. It was nice and quiet yet close enough to go to clearwater at night.

Casa De Playa-Wonderful Treat!

We stayed in Casa De Playa 209 the week of July 4th! There were 5 of us and it was perfect! There are two large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a great fully stocked kitchen and wonderful family room. The view of the gulf was great. The pool was a treat for our 2 girls. I would definately stay there again!
