Description of the Indian Rocks Beach vacation condo rental
The unit has three bedrooms and two full baths. Freshly painted and remodeled, and decorated in a Florida tropical theme.
You will enjoy a king bed and flat screen TV in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a twin bed.
The great room is very spacious and comfortable. It contains an oversized couch and love seat, and a beautiful new sleeper sofa. It has a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and WiFi.
The dining table seats six with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has a microwave, full size refrigerator, oven/stove, coffee maker, and is stocked with dishes and utensils.
Great restaurants, shopping, water sports and ice cream shops across the street!! We are located on the Gulf, not the intercoastal. The unit is not direct Gulf Front. There are views of the Gulf from several windows.

Perfect!

To be honest, we were hesitant to rent online but we were extraordinarily happy with our rental from the Schultz Family. They were great to work with over email before our stay and once we arrived at the condo, it was AWESOME! It had everything you could ever want or need for a home away from home. It was roomy, clean, decorated so cute, and is in a great location- right on the beach, away from the commercial hub, yet close enough to walk or drive to restaurants. The stretch of beach is wonderful! Powder soft sand, family orientated, and safe. Everyone was so friendly. We would definitely rent this condo again in the future-hopefully in the NEAR future. Thank you Schultz Family for helping us make wonderful memories with our two kids. It is something they will never forget! Looking forward to coming back to Indian Rocks!

We just arrived home from our 6 Day trip to Indian Rocks Beach. Our son got married there & so most of our family was in the area also. We fell in love with the area & truly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, than at your lovely condo. There were 7 of us, 4 adults & 3 kids. The kids loved the Beach & of course the pool. The adults all felt that the condo was just so homey & confortable. We would & definately plan to return to this area, there just wasn't enough time to see every thing!!!!! GREAT TRIP

Best option for my family

Loved this location and condo so very much! We brought our three children 6 and under and their grandparents and had a wonderful time! The pool deck area is so nice the kids wanted to swim all day every day. The beach is lovely surrounding attractions were everywhere. We cooked in almost every night in the lovely kitchen. Don't pay $$$ to stay in touristy Clearwater when you can stay here! Thank you for the lovely vacation!!

wonderful family place

My family had a wonderful time, very clean, very homey, people at the resort were so friendly. Owners were great to work with. Loved the area, beautiful beaches and great restaurants. The bedrooms were all big with comfortable beds. Owners supplied beach toys, beach towels, lots more than a big resort would offer. I loved that owners left us fresh flowers and a welcoming note. I would go back in a minute, just a great place.

We were so impressed with the overall atmosphere of the property. The Condo (#12) was awesome. The balcony allowed us to enjoy the breezes while having our breakfast and lunch. The condo itself was beautiful. The owners provided everything we needed for our stay - including beach towels. The pool, hot tub and beach were our main interests when shopping for a place to "hang out".....we were not disappointed. There were tons of shells and dolphins. The other condo renters were all friendly and "old time" renters were quick to offer suggestions for dining/entertainment. We plan to return here next year. Highly recommend for families and/or adults. Cannot express it enough.....AWESOME vacation!

Fabulous Vacation Experience

This was the first vacation my wife and I had taken in many years. The property was exactly as described on the website and MORE. Everything was very clean and very modern. The pool and hot tub were very nice since the gulf was kind of cold during our stay. The owners were very nice and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was something to remember. lovely condo, excellent view

we enjoyed several weeks at this lovely Indian Shore condo. dolphins most days, shelling was great, dinning excellent and several within walking distance. Weather was in the 70's for the most part. had a medical emergancy and was blessed to have excellent care from start to finish. Largo medical Center is one of the best. Larry and Rebecca were wonderful landloards with all the extras included. very nice spacious with the best view from your patio.

The apartment is one of nine units, three per floor, three floors with parking underneath and an elevator. This unit faces out onto Gulf Blvd with some views of the Gulf. The unit was clean with tile floors through out. There is a large balcony for enjoying the morning sun. The pool area is right on the beach. There are restaurant/grills/bars within walking distance. Being in Indian Rocks Beach you are away from the noisy areas. The unit has two assigned parking spots which allows for the parking of other family members or guest. We found this unit to serve our needs with the exception of Wi-Fi. Consideration has to be given to the fact that new ownership took over just two weeks before we went down. There are three new flat screen HD-TVs and could use a fourth in the third bedroom. My wife and I would consider renting this unit again.

We spent an awesome week here before our wedding on June 26th. The beaches are beautiful and clean. Water was warm and inviting, and the sunsets were picture perfect.

We certainly enjoyed the access to the beach and the nice pool. (there was a constant threat that the hot tub would be drained as parents were allowing their "under 10's" in despite restrictions.) the condo was basically nice for the price during spring break weeks. I was really disappointed that the advertised even "limited" beach view was not there. If we stay near the beach next year, we will definitely rent a water-view. The "road, parking lot view" was noisy and unappealing. The condo was spacious and very bright but very dated with a desperate need for new towels, new kitchen supplies and even new furniture. the owner was available and nice to communicate with via e-mail. I know that she is very in touch with what goes on at the rental.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Paradise. We rented from Brenda, who was wonderful to work with. She answered all of my questions and was a good resource when it came to getting to know the area. The condo has no carpet, which was difficult with infants and small children. The kitchen and living space were adequate for our group of 10. Everything was pretty clean. The pool and spa were awesome and very well kept up. There is very little shopping at Indian Rocks Beach. We had to drive quite a distance to find a beach shop (all the way to Madiera). Good vacation!

My family had a wonderful time in Indian Rocks Beach. The condo was clean, spacious and well equipped for all of our needs. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and grill daily, along with easy access to the beach. The unit had everything we needed for the kids to play at the beach. It was a great time and we look forward to visiting again.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at the Indian Rocks condo. We met some wonderful new friends among other vacationers in the resort. The facilities were all we expected and had no issues with the unit during our stay. We hopefully would look forward to another vacation at the facility in the future.

not the BEST beach

We spent 5 days in Indian Rocks Beach at this complex. The condo was a little older and besides the kitchen and living area, the rooms were pretty small. It could have been cleaner too. The owner was very nice and great to work with. The pool area and the newer condos in the complex were nicer. I was surprised to see that in IRB they do NOT "comb" or rake the beach every morning. There was a lot of debris and so many broken shells it was hard to walk without shoes. Food in the area was good overall. We probably won't come back.

Perfect for a Family Getaway

This condo was a perfect accomodation for our family. It was clean, decorated tastefully, and had all the comforts of home plus more! We loved being able to swim and lounge by the pool and spa. We took advantage of private access to the beach daily - just a stone throw away. You get a good family feel here too as many of our "neighbors" had children who met and played together. There is plenty to do and see just minutes away (shopping, mini golf, restraunts etc). We also visited Disney and SeaWorld a worth while 2 hr drive from Indian Rocks.

Our family was lucky enough to get the chance to stay in this beautiful condo on the beach for a glorious week in May 2007. It has all the comforts of home and then some. For the most part the condo was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen has everything you need. There are more then enough towels and linens for the whole family. And for the BBQ enthusiast, there is a KILLER gas kill by the pool. My husband said that grilling will never be the same!!!! The view from the balcony is actually of Gulf Blvd, but if you walk out the sliding glass door and turn to the right, you have a pretty view of the ocean! Keep in mind, the ocean is only a hop skip and a jump from the front door. The pool area is cleaned on a daily basis and was a life saver for with the toddler and the teenager! There are some wonderful restaurants near by. Guppy’s is great and right across the street. Gondolier’s Pizza on Clearwater beach is the BEST pizza place around. Stay away from JD’s on Indian Rocks Beach. It used to be awesome. They have a new cook now and it was horrible. There is a Shell’s (seafood) a little south of the condo. It was really good. And stay away from Sandy’s just north of the condo. It was beyond horrible. For a family of 4 or 5 or two couples, this is the place to stay. It is a semi small complex, it’s quiet and the location is convenient to just about everything. I guess in a way I am partial to the area. I grew up there!!!!!
