Vacation Rental Description

Townhouse facing the intercoastal waterway across the street from the beach access (2 mins walk). Located on the Gulf Blvd and walking distance to a few amenities, a short drive to major amenities (supermarket, restaurancts etc). This is a single story development (no lifts) with a double garage (rare this close to the beach) and parking for 2 cars. 1200 square foot. Furniture brand new January 2006.

Area Description

The (air conditioned) beach sunshine trolley service is on your doorstep which runs between St Petes beach and Clearwater. A couple of minutes to popular Johns Pass which has cruises, dolphin watching, restaurants and shops. 90 mins from Orlando and only 35 mins from Tampa international airport. Indian rocks beach is located between St Petes Beach and Clearwater (about 15-20 mins drive to each). There is a mini supermarket/ corner store very close to the townhouse.
