The unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and will sleep up to 6 people.

It has hardwood floors, granite countertops, a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, private balcony, high speed internet, 2 tvs - a plasma tv in the living room and a tv in the master bedroom, 1 dvd-vcr combo, cable tv with over 250 channels, unlimited local and long distance calling, heated pool and spa facing the Gulf, gas grill, covered parking and an elevator. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds.

You can enjoy your own private Jacuzzi tub, located in the master bath, so you can unwind after every lovely sunset! The condo is one of only 3 units, so you won't have to share the pool and spa with numerous other guests as you would at a larger complex.
You can stroll the pristine sands of Indian Rocks Beach while you take in the breathtaking sunsets and watch dolphins play. After a day relaxing in the sun, you leisurely walk back to your vacation retreat where you relax in your pool or spa. Your private balcony offers a place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching sailboats pass by on the Gulf.
