Description of the Indian Rocks Beach vacation condo rental
The unit has three bedrooms and two full baths. Master Bedroom has 1 King Size bed along with a TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Full size beds. The 3rd Bedroom has 2 twin size beds along with a TV. There is also a queen size pull out couch in the living room.
Large Dining room. The family room has a TV with DVD and VCR. There is a wet bar off the family room as well. The condo includes a private balcony with patio furniture. Also includes a washer and dryer.
Pool, spa, barbeque, and private access to the beach.
Unit also includes 2 parking spots.
Great restaurants, shopping, water sport and ice cream shops across the street!! We are located on the Gulf, not the intercoastal. The unit is NOT direct Gulf Front, it is on the East side of the complex. The balcony faces the intercoastal with views of the restaurants and other businesses along the main road.

Perfect for groups!

We had girls only beach weekend here, five of us stayed, and three more visited. Plenty of move around move indoors, large patio outdoors and right on the beach with a pool. Owner was very nice and friendly. We would for sure stay here again and hope to next year!

Arrived to find the cleaning service had not done its job. We spent some time cleaning, but loved the condo and the stay. Owner was great and worked with us. It is a very spacious condo with laundry. Great for a large family. Close to the beach, local attractions, and shops. The pool is beautiful and warm. We would certainly stay here again.

The condo was clean and well equipped. Beach towel and toys were provided. Quiet location ON the beach but within walking distance to a few restraunts. Clearwater Beach and its activities were only a short drive away. But the beach at the condo was much quieter. Nice! We would definetly stay there again.

My family recently stayed at this condo. We had a wonderful time. Everything was how we expected it to be based on pictures and conversations about the condo. The condo was very clean and enjoyable to stay in. We are already talking about taking another trip next year and plan to return to the same place.

We Rented This Condo And Had A Total Of 8 People For Our Stay. The Condo Was Very Spacious And Had Everything Anyone Would Need For A Week At The Beach And It Was Very Clean!!!! We Will Definatley Be Staying Here Again :)

Perfect Girls Weekend

This is the perfect place for 3 women who needed a quiet weekend. The condo is very spacious and clean. Indian Rocks Beach is ideal because it isn't crowded but still close to Clearwater. The bus/trolley is right in front of the unit and is easy to use. Great restaurants nearby--we loved the French Bakery. We would definitely come back.

Everything was great with our stay in this condo. It was large, clean, everthing worked well, ie. airconditioning, washer / dryer. I would recommend this property! The beach was wonderful, the pool area clean and always lots of seating!

We just returned from a one week stay at this condo, and had one of the best vacations ever. Condo is clean, roomy and fully stocked. The beach is beautiful. Perfect location... walking distance to some great restaurants, and not far from shopping and grocery stores. Would definitely stay again.

We experienced 2 weeks of the worst winter Florida has seen in 40 years. Luckily we were very comfortable (as a group of 6) spending more time than we had planned inside the condo due to the weather. The shower in the smaller bathroom is great! The laundry is so nice to have so handy. We liked the location as Indian Rocks has a great park with lots to do for the children, only a few blocks away. Although we had a couple of minor problems with the unit the owner was very quick in willing to rectify the situation. We would use this unit again.
