The area provides an abundance of vacation rental options, several outstanding restaurants, and a variety of gift and convenience stores. It is only a 5 minute drive from the big beach attractions of clearwater.

Spectacular Spot Just Feet From the Beach!

As first timers at Indian Rocks Beach I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. This condo is perfect size for a family of four and has all the amenities a family needs. From the balcony you can see the beach which is only a few steps away - which is great for couples with kids and everything that you have to haul to the beach. And the owner, Dustin, has everything you need when it comes to chairs and umbrellas for the beach - so no need to haul them in the car. I couldn't ask for a better place at such a good price and location. My family will definitely be returning in the future.

We have stayed in many condos, and this was definitely one of the best! It was decorated nicely, had a great TV for late-night movies, an awesome deck, and every appliance you could want. There were even condiments and coffee :) Directly next door is the public access to the beach, and the condo is located on the Beach Trail which is where everyone walks their dogs. There is a fenced-in dog park only a 5 minute walk away, and several very nice public parks within a 10 minute drive. Many excellent restaurants within a 5 minute drive as well. The beach is beautiful here, and we didn't miss a pool as I thought we might. You can't go wrong with Dustin either, as he is a responsive and friendly owner.

Relaxing Retreat

What a wonderfully relaxing week at the beach. Condo was clean and very close to the beach. The Gulf was beautiful and very warm. Loved Indian Rocks Beach -- quaint beach town and close enough to everything. First time in Clearwater area and so glad we didn't stay in Clearwater -- too busy/touristy for us. About 10 miles south shop at Johns Pass -- a bunch of fun shops. About a mile south Jimmie Iguana's at the Holiday Inn has live music and outside deck for casual dining & drinking -- the kids can even swim in the pool. Just North of Pier 60 in Clearwater, eat at the Mandalay Cafe -- good food, good atmosphere and not crowded. We spent a day at Honeymoon Beach State park about 30 min North -- great shelling!

A wonderful location! Just as the description reads, "steps from the beach!". The beach is beautiful and serene; great for taking long walks. The accommodations were ideal for us with a pet. Although pets are not allowed on the beach, there is a pet friendly path and area off from the beach to walk her. The condo was comfortable for all 4 adults and a golden retriever. Parking for both of our vehicles was available. There was access to beach chairs and umbrella, & some beach toys, which was important to us since the majority of our time was spent at the lovely, clean beach. There was an outside hose & shower provided to wash off the beach sand & salt water at the bottom of the stairs before entering the condo, which was extremely convenient! Having a washer & dryer in the condo was beneficial. Dustin (the owner)was available by phone & helpful in answering any questions. There were just some minor issues that would have made this experience a 5 star...the dishwasher was broken and since we cooked the majority of our meals, we had to wash dishes by hand; the kitchen & bathroom lights didn't automatically come on, and we had to make a toilet paper run at 7:00am when we discovered it was a definite need for the remainder of our week. But overall, it was a positive experience with minor inconveniences.
