Located on the 2nd floor at the Reef Club,this 3 bedroom condo offers a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and bathroom with a showerstall. The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower. Also, a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. Wireless Internet in unit.
The kitchen has all major appliances: electric range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with water and ice on door. There are dishes, glassware, cookware, bakeware, flatware and utensils. Small appliances include toaster, coffeemaker, blender and electric canopener.
The dinette seats up to 6 people. There is a table and chairs on the balcony for eating outside.
The livingroom, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom each have a television. There are DVD and VHS players. There is a CD player (to be kept in the unit, please) for guest use.
This unit offers ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and the livingroom.
There are sand toys and beach chairs in the hall closet for guest use.
Our unit has 1 assigned parking space in the garage.
B-B-Que grills, a large heated (in season) pool,tennis court and jacuzzi are all available to our guests.
The sandy beach is adjacent to the pool area and there is a rinse off hose before re-entering the premises.

Indian Rocks Beach is just 10 minutes south of Clearwater Beach and about 25 minutes north of John's Pass.
The Clearwater/St.Pete Airport is only 15 minutes away and the Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away.
Busch Gardens is a 30 minute drive and Walt Disney World
Orlando is 2 1/2 hours away.
Many good restaurants and fine dining, miniature golf, flea markets, bird sanctuary and souvenier shopping all close to property.
Trolley stops across the street for a cheap fare up and down Gulf Blvd..
