It is quiet, peaceful, restful, and very tranquil. Heated pool & separate heated Jacuzzi. BBQ grill & so much more. West Veranda overlooking Gulf of Mexico. Great Sunsets. Have breakfast, lunch, dinner, & crackers, cheese, & drinks on your patio. Large kitchen fully equipped. Granite counters, & two bar stools. Dining room for 6. Brand new 2 sets of brown leather recliners overlooking the fireplace & flat screen TV & full sized washer & dryer. Lots of restaurants & shopping. Ample parking under building, open, & guest parking.

Easy commute to Clearwater Marine Aquarium to see “Winter” the dolphin, Sand Key Park & Beach, minutes to famous Clearwater Beach, & lots of fun filled activities. Close to St. Pete, Clearwater, & Tampa with easy access to all airports. Drive to Treasure Island, Madeira Beach & take a 6 hour gambling cruise daily at either noon or 6PM or to the fancy Swanky Don Cesar Hotel on St. Pete Beach, or to the International Mall in Tampa, and much more!
