Welcome to "Mi Casa", our beautifully renovated vacation retreat on Indian Rocks beach near Clearwater Beach, FL. This colorful & charming 4 bedroom, 2 bath private 2 story home is on the gulfside, only steps to the sugar-sand beaches & colorful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A private covered porch & separate terrace, new appliances and a colorful beach theme featuring vintage rattan with retro fabrics and colorful vintage posters decorate this fabulous vaulted entry, 1949 original beach house. All amenities, near all conveniences & located in an area of private homes and low-rise condos.

Mi Casa is located in an area of private homes, rental homes and low-rise condos. Some restaurants and shops are within walking distance and all amenities, (shopping, dining, theater, sports events, water sports, theme parks, golf) are available within a couple of miles.

Mi Casa is on the gulfside with no streets to cross. It is adjacent to the beach access--about 50 steps to the sand beach! Our sugar sand beaches are clean and safe with a gentle slope into the gulf, a safe beach for "little ones"!

Charming Cottage!

First, allow me to note that never have I taken the time to write a review but I couldn't resist letting others know about the wonderful place Robin has created. If you have an appreciation for 'old Florida' and want the type of vacation where it's all about kicking back and getting sand between your toes, this is the place to do it. My husband and I, our two children and our two mothers, spent a wonderful four days in Robin's Casa. She hasn't missed a detail; the cottage has been refurbished in true eclectic decorator fashion, it has everything you'll ever need and it feels like home the moment you enter the door. It is the perfect antithesis to the impersonal hotel resort experience. We stayed just after the Christmas holiday and we were greeted by our own fully decorated Christmas tree. Each bedroom is well appointed and unexpectedly large. The kitchen has an amazing array of dishware and linens. I have never seen so many bath and beach towels! The beach is only steps away and there are wonderful, family owned restaurants within walking distance. Having never been to Indian Rocks Beach before we enjoyed the fact that there were no big hotels, resorts or condo communities on the beach; it is a quiet, residential beach area. The beach is wonderful for shelling in the morning and watching the sunset each evening. I highly recommend a stay with Robin. We'll definitely be back!

Family Reunion at Mi Casa

Hands down Mi Casa is the best beach house our family has ever rented. The home comfortably accommodated 8 adults and was stocked with everything you could ever need (and then some). The location was perfect restaurants, night life and shopping all very close by (but you'll never want to leave Mi Casa's cozy patio) . The beach was one of the prettiest beaches we have ever seen. We hated to leave, wished we could have stayed forever.

Fabulous Florida Home

Mi Casa is an exceptional vacation home that is very welcoming and comfortable. It is furnished exceedingly well and goes far beyond anything I would anticipate in a vacation home. There are TVs in every room, playing cards, movies, beach toys and so much more! There are beach towels, baking dishes, wine glasses and local telephone books. I cannot think of one thing that I "wished" for that wasn't already there. Wow - thanks for anticipating my vacation whims and putting them into this lovely, comfortable, conveniently located home!

Wonderful cottage

We stayed at Mi Casa for two weeks and we really enjoyed it. It is really well equiped for a beach trip, tons of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. The beach is only a couple of steps away. It is a really charming place with lots of space. We felt at home and we would definetly recommand it to anyone looking for a confortable place to enjoy and relax.

Our family of seven spent a week at Mi Casa recently and found it to be the best beach house we've ever rented. The house is spacious, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the amenities are great. We were impressed to find plenty of dishes and cutlery, quality linens and beach towels for our use, and even beach toys for our kids to play with. The house is very clean and has great appliances but it still has a quaint old-style beach house feel, in part due to the decorating and many photos on the walls. We also found the owner to be warm, personable, and attentive to us during our stay. We'll definitely return to Mi Casa!
