Waterfront Pool Home-The Best of Both Worlds! (#24674)

Write a review For the second time in two years, our family has enjoyed everything about this house, the location and the people who run it. We have so many great memories of watching the mother dolphin teach her baby to feed as we drank coffee on the dock. Or the huge stingray that swam by while fishing, not to mention the variety of fish (some very large) we caught. Memories of the beach, the restaurants, the pool lights turned on at night, the beautiful night sky, and all the comforts of home. What a great place! It's always such a relaxing, but too short of a vacation when we are here! Thanks Kelly! We stayed at this home for 2 weeks. We brought our boat and chihuahuas. The owners were wonderful and the home was everything we needed. We enjoyed many great restaurants and shared special time with our family who lives close by. We loved taking out our boat and our grandchildren loved learning to swim in the pool. We very much hope to come again next July. Thanks to Kelly and Phil for the wonderful vacation. The McKinnons perfect place for what ever the occasion is, we went with my wife our two kids, and friens of ours with there kids, we are still freinds and want to make it a tradition, owners are very accomidating to what ever you need, hopefully they will let us come back! had a very good time We truly enjoyed our stay! The home was clean with updated kitchen fixtures, granite tops, sunk-in showers, spacious bedrooms/living spaces, pool and fenced in yard for the dogs and kids. The bay location is perfect to enjoy the morning dolphin swim-bys and dinner on the dock. The neighborhood is well maintained, quiet, friendly, and the owners are courteous, considerate, and accessible. We defintely recomend this home with its close proximity to the beach & local park, as well as the excellent eateries nearby. This home was in a lovely upscale neighborhood that was so much quieter than other beach communities we have visited in the area. Gulf was a walkable three blocks - very convenient. New kitchen and comfortable furniture - nice layout. We saw dolphins in the waterway! Would recommend to others, especially those seeking peace and quiet. The pictures on line do not justify the actual location. We had a very nice time - caught fish and relaxed in the pool. What more could you ask from a vacation! Location is close to everything including my mom. She visited and loved it. Thanks...we will be sure to recommend this place to all our friends. We also look forward to another stay; hopefully soon! We had a wonderful stay in this peaceful house on the water. The house was exactly as advertised and all transactions were easy. We loved being able to bring our pet with us, I think he enjoyed the stay as much as we did. The neighborhood was quiet and the restaurants in the area were terrific. I will be recommending this home to all my friends. Stayed for 4 weeks, with family, boys thought it great to fish in own garden. Owners were very helpful and accomadating, brilliant kitchen facilities, an ideal home from home This is a great place to stay! Very well equipped and spacious house in calm neighborhood. Great to fish right of the jetty. Very friendly and supportive owner lives right across (no prying eyes though). All tis for a reasonable price. If i were to spend another vacation in Florida this would be my choice. The home was clean, well cared for and had everything you needed just like at home. The owners were very accomidating and helpfull with any questions we had as well as followed up with us to make sure that everything was suitable for our needs. I would recomend this home to my friends as you have easy access to the beach, a pool in your back yard which is aslo fenced so that you can bring your loyal companion, and has a boat dock so you can dock a boat right there and go fishing whenever you like. This home has all the amenities that a person could ask for. This is a spacious house with many amenities. Well kept with good floor plan that allows for both privacy and family time. This house has a beautiful view of the waterfront and is only a few blocks from the beach. Good neighborhood with friendly neighbors and owners. The home is also centrally located between some of the best beaches (Honeymoon Island/Caledesi, Fort Desoto and Treasure Island! I hope to stay here again!! Perfect location. Extremely clean and comfortable. All the comforts of home in a lovely setting. There is great fishing off the dock and the pool and pool deck are wonderful. This is great value for the price and the people couldn't be better to deal with. You will regret not taking advantage of this opportunity! I had a great experience renting this home, all updated with granite tops, nice showers, kitchen and very comfortable living area. Truly right on the water (better than the pictures)with clean pool and very upscale neighborhood. Great restaurants and spacious, fine sand beaches. The owners were really nice and accomodating. Everything I hoped for.
