Your day begins with coffee pool side, then it's a short stroll to the Gulf-of-Mexico and some of Florida's best white-sand beaches. Lunch' Wonderful restaurants and eateries are just steps away. Head back home and take a dip in the sparkling heated pool or just read a book. Care to drop a line in the water' Grab a pole and walk to the end of your dock. Most of Florida's best fish are waiting for you!

The three-bedroom, three-bath home is spacious, updated and well appointed.
Bring your family or another couple and escape northern winters as the home is available for extended rentals. You can even lease it year-round if you like! (special long-term rental discounts apply).

Quiet, comfortable and affordable. This property is located in Indian Rocks Beach, a small upscale community just south of Clearwater Beach. It's the kind of town where you can take evening walks and people stop and chat. We think you will enjoy your stay, everyday!

Restaurants, shops and services are all within a few blocks of this property.
It is a short drive to St. Petersburg airport and about 30 minutes to Tampa's International airport. Clearwater Beach is just a few miles north and St. Petersburg is a twenty-minute drive south. There are a myriad of things to do. Boat rentals, water-skiing, art, museums, and more are all within a short drive. And, of course, there is the beach. Just a short walk away, Indian Rocks Beach offers some of Florida's cleanest beaches. The best part is they are never crowded, almost private-like! • Other Fees: $150 cleaning fee If you heat the pool, you will be charged the actual cost of the propane used. Tanks is filled after each visitor's stay.

This house was perfect for the relaxing family vacation that we needed. Close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful and private. Walk to the beach, enjoy the wonderful heated pool, enjoy the magnificent scenery of being on the water and much more... Wonderful home as advertised. Great people to deal with.
