2007: $2,650 - $3,150/wk + cleaning fee + 12% tax

Area Description

FL Sundowner is located directly on the gulf of Mexico, just off Gulf Blvd. in an area providing many restaurants, bars, and retail establishments. The beach trolley stops right at 11th Avenue and travels north and south down the beaches.

Just a short drive North to Sand Key or Clearwater Beach or South to John's Pass Village, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing, gambling or dinner cruises.
