Description of the Indian Rocks Beach vacation home rental

Beautiful huge new beach house with view of the Gulf of Mexico. This property has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate 12 guests. three stories, 2800 sq feet and designer furniture throughout.

First floor has one bedroom with a private bathroom and its own entrance to the pool. It also includes the laundry room, garage and pool area. Second floor has a large living room, full kitchen, dining room and a half bathroom. There is a spacious balcony on the second floor which can serve as an area for a bbq or a small family gathering. Third floor has the master bedroom with its own private balcony. Great beach views from the large balconies. Third bedroom has two twins and fourth bedroom with one queen trundle are also located on the third floor.

This property includes all the amenities you need to completely relax. With spacious balconies and a private pool. In addition, Isla Bonita has high-end electronics, WiFi, 2 HDTVs in the family room, including others. Exquisite single-family home in a unique, gated gulf-front enclave of 7 private homes at the extreme north end of Indian Rocks Beach. Only one of the 7 unique homes located at Westwinds in Indian Rocks Beach. This property is located only two house away from the beach.

The north end of Indian Rocks Beach offers a quaint residential setting with short walks to outstanding local dining. It's also a short drive to the exciting Clearwater Beach.

Area Information

Near great restaurants, shopping, 20 minutes to the Clearwater St. Pete Airport and 30 minutes to Tampa International Airport. A 90 minute drive to Walt Disney area parks, MGM, Sea World, etc. A 30 minute drive to Tampa Busch Gardens. Golf, tennis and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium all within 10 minutes. Very convenient to Tampa area attractions, convention center, Florida Aquarium and Channelside area. Also centrally located for getting to St. Petersburg, and all of the minor league ball games in Dunedin, Tampa, Clearwater and Bradenton.
