• Deposits: Deposit of $250 will be collected at time of contract to hold dates. Balance of stay to be paid 30 days from time of arrival Monthly rate is primarily for snowbirds (Oct.-March), please do not negotiate a two week stay as half the monthly rate. Short stays require additional housecleaning, added wear and tear, etc. We check credit
   
• Other Fees: $75 Cleaning Fee. Security Deposit of $350 must be collected and cleared before your stay begins. Security deposit will be promptly refunded once an inspection has been completed showing house in same condition as when you arrived. We can also accept Vacation Rental insurance instead of security deposit and can show you how to obtain

This is the best home to rent.Close to beach,Disney World.Great neighborhood.You could not ask for more.Again this is the best home to rent, a great price for all that is there top notch.WE WILL BE BACK !!! Thanks, Jeff.
