Description of the Indian Rocks Beach vacation home rental

"Private Paradise" - Pool Home, is a great family vacation rental, at a bargain of a price. New to the vacation rental market (6/2010), it has just been completely updated. This home is light, bright, clean, and has a great central location in Indian Rocks Beach. A peaceful neighborhood setting away from the Gulf Blvd. traffic and congestion, yet only a few minute stroll to one of the many Gulf Blvd. public beach accesses. This is a ranch style home with convenient access to the living space. This is a pet-friendly home.

Indoor Living Space
Private Paradise - Pool Home offers a split bedroom plan and sleeps 6 comfortably - 1 bedroom with Queen bed/ 1 bedroom with full bed and one bedroom with two twin beds (there is also a sofa sleeper in the living room that will sleep 2 additional guests, if needed). Bedrooms have nice sized closets.The master bedroom opens to the pool. One full bathroom with tub and second bath with large shower. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, generous-updated cabinet space, all full-sized appliances, ceramic tile floors and patio doors that open to the poolside dining area from the kitchen. The main living space includes a dining area, living room with sofa, love seat, and lounge chairs. Laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer is located in the hallway between bedrooms. This home is very spacious and has a lovely, open floorplan.

Outdoor Living Space
Private fenced yard with nice in-ground pool, covered dining/lounge area, outdoor lighting, table and chairs. There is also a separate Tiki Bar hut which is great for outdoor entertaining poolside. This home also has off-street parking and a covered entryway.

Area Information

We have one of the best locations in Indian Rocks Beach, just a short walk to one of the many IRB public Gulf beach accesses, and Suncoast Beach Trolley stop. Short walk to parks, nature preserve, intercoastal waterway, dining, shopping, fishing, art center, library, historical museum and leash-free dog park. Slightly removed from the main barrier island Blvd., Private Paradise-Pool Home, is very private and quiet (no traffic or construction noise). Just a great place to kick-back and relax!

Daily Beach Trolley service is available to take you from the north end of the barrier islands (Clearwater Beach), to the south end (Pass-A-Grille). This is a great way to spend the day enjoying live entertainment, food and shopping in other local beach towns.

A 40 minute drive will take you to Tampa attractions (Busch Gardens, Florida aquarium) and 90 minutes will take you to Orlando (Disney, MGM, Universal, etc.).

Two airports are close by. Tampa International(TIA) is a 40 minute drive and St. Petersburg/Clearwater International(PIE) is 25 minutes.

So whether you are looking to relax, or have an action-packed vacation, Indian Rocks Beach is the perfect starting point... and our Private Paradise Pool Home is the perfect home base.

We enjoyed our morning bike rides and walks on the beach. Had many picnics at the beach too. Played lots of golf in the area as well.
Our daughter & family live in Seminole and we spent a lot of time visiting there. A bit of a drive but it worked out fine. Our month passed by very fast!
