Description of the Indian Rocks Beach vacation townhouse rental

This Condo is perfect for a large family!! A small complex located directly on beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. There is a lovely heated pool and hot tub. Beautiful new landscaping, brick pavers around the pool and new patio furniture to relax or view the awesome sunsets.

The unit has two upstairs bedrooms with two full baths, and a downstairs half bath. Master Bedroom has 1 King Size bed along with a TV LCD 32" and Cable. The 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds with a TV LCD 32", and Cable.

The living room has a TV 37" and Cable. The condo includes a private balcony with patio furniture.

Pool, spa, barbeque, and private access to the beach. On-Site Laundry. Unit also includes 2 parking spots.

Great restaurants, shopping, water sport and ice cream shops across the street!! The complex is located on the Gulf, not the intercoastal. The unit itself is not direct Gulf Front.

My Weekend Vacation

The area was very well kept and the tenants friendly. The bedrooms and bed confortable and spacious. The living room was too small, pots and pans need replacement as well as the frying pan. Nevertheless we had a good time, the water was very clear and the pool was clean. I would rent again, but in a bigger apt.

Perfect Family Getaway

Well what more can I say , we really looked out finding this apartment after we left it very late to book . Availability was low , so were the options. We had My Wife and I plus our 3 boys plus a 16 year old buddy to accomadate . The apartment was perfect , Newly decorated , very clean , TVs in every room , WiFi , and the bunch beds worked out perfect . The location too was great stores and restaurants are all within walking distance, larger stores & supermarkets are 5 - 10 minute drive ,not to mention the heated pool and right beside the fabulous beach. We got to play golf 3 times at the nearby golf course it was fantastic The Boys got to do parasailing and waverunner at Johns Boardwalk and we went to see Winter (The Dolphin ) at the Marine Rescue . So much stuff to do. Definitely want to make this our regular spring getaway , Joe & Christine ps The Owners to are totally available , genuinely friendly and helpful to assist you if you need it

Family Spring Break

Condo was very clean. Kitchen was equipped nicely and linens were plentyful and very clean. Enjoyed the nice leather couch with 2 electric recliners. Condo was nicely furnished--the kids enjoyed the bunkbeds with the new TV in their room. TV's were new although DVD players were not hooked up. No juice in the bathroom plugs. I understand that this unit was just recently remodeled and these features were probably not finished yet. Pool, jacuzzi and beach location were wonderful. Would recmmend this unit to any family with children.

Condo was better than expected. Could hear and feel the ocean breezes on patio. Working with owners was easy and they kept experience stress free. Great park with basketball, playground, tennis and baseball field just a couple blocks down.

We stayed a little over a week at sunset paradise and had an amazing time. The condo was perfect size for our family of five and such a great location right on the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The price was great and we definately plan to come back.

Best Spring Break EVER! Kids played daily at beach and pool! Never had to worry about anything! Perfect idea to have double twin beds! Everyone slept great and was refreshed to spend another day on the go!
