Description of the Indian Shores vacation condo rental

This nicely decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in Indian Shores FL has approximately 1,100 square feet of living area. Quiet Waters at Indian Shores is located on the West Coast of Florida between Clearwater beach and St. Petersburg beach and is approximately 20 miles West of Tampa, FL with easy access to Tampa International Airport. Quiet Waters Condominium is a 30 unit complex located on the Intracoastal Waterway. This unit is on the street side with a peek view of the Gulf. It is a few steps to the beach with private beach access. We offer 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed and new bedroom furniture, with a walk in closet and large double sinks and shower. There is also a full size futon in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size pillow top bed and is very nicely decorated with another full bath adjacent. The kitchen is large and well equipped with any thing you might need and has seating for two. The living and dining area is open and airy with a 27" TV and VCR. This unit also has an indoor washer and dryer. There is cable TV and fans in each bedroom and in the living room. Outdoor amentities include heated pool, spa, grill, and a fishing pier on the intracoastal waterway. The listed prices include cleaning services which run $75.00. There will be no other additional charges with the exception of the 11% Florida state tax. The minimum age to rent this unit is 25. The maximum occupancy is 6. Check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am. There is some flexibility depending on the availability of the unit. This a non-smoking unit. Smoking is permitted on the outside balcony and on the 5th floor common area with a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico, where there is ample seating. No pets please. Hope to see you soon.

Area Description

This beautifully decorated condo in Indian Shores Florida is close to Busch Gardens and Ybor City which are located in Tampa, and is approximately 90 miles away from Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Sea World and other Orlando attractions. Other local attractiions in the immediate area include, sunset cruises, shopping, wild life viewing, deep sea charter fishing trips, Redington Fishing Pier in the Gulf of Mexico and excellent golf courses and many other attractions. The area has long stretches of white sandy beaches, excellent dining and plenty of entertainment establishments.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

There are many local attractions that are easily accessible to our condo. One of which is Johns Pass Boardwalk which separates Madeira Beach from Treasure Island. Here you will find shops, restaurants, entertainment, fishing and watersports that will satisfy all tastes. Also, famous Clearwater Beach and downtown Tarpon Springs are a but a short drive from Indian Shores.

The housing was very clean and excellent. The location was very nice and considerably paradisial. I would tell everyone to come here vacation. This was the best time I could have ever had on vacation!!!
