Bravo! We recieved the "red carpet" treatment. It was hard to know what to expect considering the incredible low price, yet it was more than we could have asked for. The apartment was spacious and had almost everything we needed. It was also great to have access to the two car garage so that we wouldn't have to carry the daily beach equipment up the stairs. I would definitely recommend this listing.

We recently spent a month here. The location is great - 2 minutes from the beach and directly across from the pool. The town of Indian Shores is quieter than other towns on the gulf and suited our needs. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. The large main floor garage provided lots of secure parking and storage. Our one concern (a minor kitchen need) was addressed immediately.

We were surprised how spacious the condo was compared to the pics. The condo was very clean and great location right across from the beach. The a/c was not working upon our arrival and we became nervous about our stay. We called for assistance and to our surprise the a/c was repaired within an hour! We were very pleased! Our overall experience was wonderful and we even locked ourselves out of the condo and help arrived within 20 minutes! We would definitely stay again.

the overall quality was better than expected. you never know what youll get when you go through the internet. we had a small maint issue and it was resolved before we got back from the beach. definately put this one on your list!!!
