Description of the Indian Shores vacation condo rental

Enjoy the lifestyle of this Florida getaway. Whether swimming, fishing, or just relaxing on the beach, this two bedroom condo provides a great location to do it all.

Built in 2001 and over 1400 sq. ft., this condo offers all the luxuries of home in addition to a heated swimming pool and private complex fishing pier. It is just steps away from the beautiful sandy beaches and we provide a beach wagon as well as chairs. You can view the intercoastal Waterway from the covered balcony or view the beautiful Gulf waters from the Master Room window.

The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and Sleeper Sofa. The second bedroom has two twin beds. This 3rd floor (walkup) unit also provides a private two card tandem garage on the first floor. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Free Internet Access available.

In Fall of 2012, we made several updates inlcuding new carpet throughout and granite countertops in kitchen. We love the new look! So come, relax, and enjoy!!

Area Information

Indian Shores is a wonderful beach community that has great shops and restaurants. It is also a driving distance to many attractions and theme parks. The condo is conveniently located near the bus/trolley stop that takes you along Gulf Blvd.

the good and not so good

Great location and nice facility. However, no paper towels and one roll of toilet paper doesn't quite stretch for a week :( For 1200 dollars they should be able to afford more...

I am telling you this is my third year renting this condo, I have never had a more wonderful time than the stay at this condo. The people who are around you are cool and this condo has everything you need to make a day at the beach a nice day at the beach and not a chore. I really had real worries about the beaches but I absolutely saw NO sign of oil or problems even close by. Dont let this one get past you a great price in a awesome location. Its almost like having a private beach. ENJOY

Fun times!

Bravo! We recieved the "red carpet" treatment. It was hard to know what to expect considering the incredible low price, yet it was more than we could have asked for. The apartment was spacious and had almost everything we needed. It was also great to have access to the two car garage so that we wouldn't have to carry the daily beach equipment up the stairs. I would definitely recommend this listing.

Great Location

We recently spent a month here. The location is great - 2 minutes from the beach and directly across from the pool. The town of Indian Shores is quieter than other towns on the gulf and suited our needs. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. The large main floor garage provided lots of secure parking and storage. Our one concern (a minor kitchen need) was addressed immediately.

Don't Pass This One Up!

We were surprised how spacious the condo was compared to the pics. The condo was very clean and great location right across from the beach. The a/c was not working upon our arrival and we became nervous about our stay. We called for assistance and to our surprise the a/c was repaired within an hour! We were very pleased! Our overall experience was wonderful and we even locked ourselves out of the condo and help arrived within 20 minutes! We would definitely stay again.

the overall quality was better than expected. you never know what youll get when you go through the internet. we had a small maint issue and it was resolved before we got back from the beach. definately put this one on your list!!!
