Description of the Indian Shores vacation condo rental
Beach Palms is a beachfront property with a large sandy beach. No streets to cross. Tropical gulfside pool and a reserved covered parking spot. Take a morning or evening stroll, the beach goes for miles in either direction. Great for those long walks, making sand castles or just sitting back and enjoying the view.
Our Beach condo has great views of the Gulf and Beach from the Master Bedroom, Living room and Kitchen. The 2 Guestrooms have deluxe pillow top mattressesKing Bed in Master Bedroom with a 32 in. HDTV, full washroom plus walk in closet. The 2nd Guestroom has a Queen Bed with a 26 in HDTV. 2nd Bathroom is conveniently located off the 2nd Guestroom.
The living room/kitchen/dining area is open concept, spacious and updated. Wind resistant windows and sliding door. For your entertainment and enjoyment livingroom has a Sony 46in HDTV with PVR and HD channels, DVD.
The kitchen is fully equipped and updated with new cupboards, appliances and granite counter tops. Cupboards are fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots/pans everything you need to make those cool drinks and warm dinners. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the condo.
Have your breakfast on the balcony, relax with a COMPLIMENTARY daily newspaper delivered to your door. A view of the beach and gulf what a way to start the day!

Great November Get Away

Arrived at this condo Oct 31st; stayed through to Nov 7th and enjoyed every minute there. The owners have done a number of upgrades and the unit lacks nothing. The beds and furnishings are comfortable and the unit is spotless.Both the sounds and view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony are priceless. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to visit the Indian Shores area check out this condo. Thank you Marianne and Richard for making this condo available.

If you're looking for a relaxing vacation with plenty of room for a family this is ideal. The condo was very clean, up to date with everything you need right there. Nice big fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Walk right downstairs to the beach, great pool. Close to Tampa, so we were able to spend several days at busch gardens. When we vacation in the area again we'll definetely be looking to rent here again.
