Beautiful Indian Shores condo, steps from the beach. Nearly 1500 square feet, all furnishings new in 2005. Plenty to do in this Florida West Coast community including dolphin watch & shelling cruises, miniature golf, great shops & restaurants. Driving distance to many attractions & thems parks. Or take the trolley that stops right in front of the condo and takes you anywhere on Gulf Blvd. from Clearwater to St. Pete. Close to many sporting events.

Newer condo (built 2001) has everything you will need for a great beach vacation. In the desirable "narrows" area of Gulf Blvd, you can sit on you private balcony and watch the boats cruise by, drop a fishing line from the fishing pier, or watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. You will have your own private 2.5 car garage, washer & dryer inside condo, private balcony, heated pool, fishing pier.

Enjoy this fully furnished condo, with everything you will need for a great beach vacation. Just bring your bathing suit and toothbrush!!

No pets, no smoking condo.

Deposits: 25% down to reserve, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Refundable Security deposit $500 on weekly rentals, $1,000 on monthly rentals No smoking, no pet condo. Must be 25 years old to rent.
Other Fees: Cleaning fee $80

We just loved our vacation at this awesome Condo! It was the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken! The condo was fully loaded with everything you could possibly need so you felt right at home. It's right across the road from the beach -- you just load up their little buggy with everything you need and pull it on over to your beachy spot. The beach is beautiful too...White sands, the ocean was warm and the people super friendly! It wasn't packed like a touristy place...it all seemed homey. In the evening we would head back to the condo...put our beach stuff back in the garage and get settled back in for the night. I did a little laundry each day and we had plenty of clean towels, linens, clothing all week long! The smooth top stove worked great and with all the pans, etc...you could make anything your heart desires! On the dock we saw Dolphin and the beach had Manta Ray! We saw it all! Thank you for the BEST Vacation Ever!! We plan on coming back to visit again as soon as we can!

This condo was by far the best decorated, best equipped and most owner involved we have ever stayed at. The owners to great care to make sure our stay was perfect. The beach toys and wagaon were great for our son. We truly enjoyed our stay and will keep it in our top 5 for future condo stays.
