This condo is paradise!

My husband, daughter (now 9) and I have vacationed in Michele's condo for two years, and have recently booked our third. We LOVE it!!! The condo and the property is immaculate and its amenities are fantastic. Every thing you could need is provided. Michele even provides a pasta dinner upon arrival and calls to be sure you've found everything satisfactory. We spend our early mornings doing yoga and eating a light breakfast on the dock. We then go for a walk through Indian Shores or into Indian Rocks. Come home, pack up for the beach and walk, literally, 7 minutes to the pristine beach where we spend the day. We have seen large groups of sting rays, and were swimming with a pod of manatees last Easter. We have watched dolphins on the Intercoastal and spent an hour one evening watching fish jump out of the water right off the dock. I can not say enough about Indian Shores, the surrounding communities and most of all this condominium. The Pub is always fun with decent (not great) food. We travel to John's Pass each year where there is definitely something for everyone. Last year we traveled to Tropicana Field bringing our daughter to her first MLB game. We are Red Sox fans but had a blast. We travel to Adventure Island each year which is a great water park and alternate each year between Busch Gardens and the Lowry Park Zoo which are both very fun spots. It has truly been paradise for us and we can't wait to return for our two weeks in April. I would highly recommend this property to anyone without hesitation. In fact, our friends and family are quite honestly tired of hearing about our raving but we think they're just jealous :)

Spring Get-a-Way

My husband & I stayed for 10 days at this condo and loved every minute of it. We saw dolphins on the deck of the coastal waters, the beach was just across the street. They supplied a wagon to haul your beach items and they had anything you would need at the beach for your use. The condo was spacious, well furnished and so clean. They left us a welcome basket; which was a nice touch. Michelle even called when we arrived to make sure everything was OK. That you don't see in this day and age. We would definately come back to this condo. The location was convient to most attractions, dining & shopping. Don't hesitate to book this condo; it is as it appears in the pictures...enjoy your vacation!

My husband, 2 young boys and I stayed at this wonderful rental for a solid week and LOVED it. The condo is roomy and had everything you could need. Laundry in the unit was a huge plus. Literally a 2 minute walk to the sand and the beach was practically empty! The wagon and all the beach gear in the garage was very handy. We beached it all morning and walked back in the evenings to watch the sunsets (all of which were superb!) My DH caught a few fish of the pier out back and EVERY day we saw dolphins, manatee, and/or rays and birds of every feather at the beach or the ICW. We will definitely be back for another week soon. Michelle and Wayne were very nice and helpful. THANKS!

Perfect for anyone!

We loved this spacious, beautifully decorated condo. It came equipped with everything you need both in the kitchen and private garage[beach chairs, sun umbrella, wagon for beach supplies, bar-b-que...loved that!]: it also had many basic supplies on hand[cleaning, bath tissue, kleenex etc.] so no need to purchase those. Master bedroom has a huge bed with a very comfortable mattress and second bedroom can be made up as a queen or two singles...great for a family! The balcony overlooks the inland waterway, a very peaceful view. Fellow renters were very friendly and easy to meet either at the pool area or outside the garages where they often sat to socialize and catch the afternoon sun. Pool area is very clean and attractive though water was a little cool in February. Nice chairs and loungers and very private due to surrounding shrubs, hedges. The owners were very responsive to deal with and made themselves available at all times if needed[it wasn't]. We would recommend this condo to anyone and would love to return there ourselves in future!

Best rental we have had in the Clearwater Area

If you are in the Tampa Bay area for any reason you cannot go wrong renting this place. The location, on the intercoastal waterway, across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, is nearly perfect. The condo is very large as condo's go. The master bedroom is huge with a nice king size bed and plenty of room around it. The living room is spacious and comfortable. This unit had everything we needed as far as supplies, utensils, cookware, etc... There was even spaghetti and sauce left for a first meal so we didn't have to go to the store the first night. The owner, Michele, is an absolute delight to work with. She was a fantastic host, who responded to e-mails in a timely manner and called to check on us on the day of our arrival. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Best Vacation Home Ever!!

We just loved our vacation at this awesome Condo! It was the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken! The condo was fully loaded with everything you could possibly need so you felt right at home. It's right across the road from the beach -- you just load up their little buggy with everything you need and pull it on over to your beachy spot. The beach is beautiful too...White sands, the ocean was warm and the people super friendly! It wasn't packed like a touristy place...it all seemed homey. In the evening we would head back to the condo...put our beach stuff back in the garage and get settled back in for the night. I did a little laundry each day and we had plenty of clean towels, linens, clothing all week long! The smooth top stove worked great and with all the pans, etc...you could make anything your heart desires! On the dock we saw Dolphin and the beach had Manta Ray! We saw it all! Thank you for the BEST Vacation Ever!! We plan on coming back to visit again as soon as we can!

This condo was by far the best decorated, best equipped and most owner involved we have ever stayed at. The owners to great care to make sure our stay was perfect. The beach toys and wagaon were great for our son. We truly enjoyed our stay and will keep it in our top 5 for future condo stays.
