Or take the trolley that stops right in front of the condo and takes you anywhere on Gulf Blvd. from Clearwater to St. Pete. Close to many sporting events.

Newer condo (built 2001) has everything you will need for a great beach vacation. In the desirable "narrows" area of Gulf Blvd, you can sit on you private balcony and watch the boats cruise by, drop a fishing line from the fishing pier, or watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. You will have your own private 2.5 car garage, washer & dryer inside condo, private balcony, heated pool, fishing pier.
