Great Vacation Condo

Overall, we were very happy with our stay in this beach condo. It was clean and spacious and offered everything we were looking for -- beach access, pool, hot tub. The kitchen is nicely updated and there's a big TV in the living room. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but still clean and fully functional. One towel service was included with our week stay. There was also daily newspaper delivery. The condo does not face the beach, but you can see the beach from the balcony. Some beach chairs/umbrellas and pool toys are provided. Lounge chair and umbrella rental is available on the beach for around $25/day or $125/week. Some people took shade under the pier, also. The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful, providing suggestions of things to do in the area. The place seemed very secure, as we noticed security guards patrolling regularly. There are luggage carts and grocery carts available to haul your gear up to the condo. There are just 2 minor issues to note. First: There is only one elevator, and its a bit small, slow, and located near the center of the building. This condo is on the 2nd floor, so if you don't mind taking the stairs it's not really a problem. But if you need the elevator it may take a bit longer than you might expect, and then you'll have to walk across the building. Second: The stairs from the ground floor, the pool, the beach, and the pier all require a key to gain access. This wouldn't be a big deal, except that the locks can be tricky to work. You have to jiggle the key around quite a bit, which required some getting used to, and a bit of frustration. Again, overall, we had a great experience.

well we did not stay in this unit as we were relocated to another facility down the road due to "pool repairs". But let me say this that the owner of this condo hector de angular, made sure that we were taken care of. he apologized for the inconvience and set us up for a late check out. he was "johny on the spot" when it came to concerns or questions. the area is awesome beach is wonderful and the conch republic restaurant, was awesome ate there 2 times. as for the grounds the pool area looked way cool! pool, hot tub, cabanas for shade and a small pier that goes out into ocean is worth it. (paid 25$, 5 people, just to walk on one where we were at for 1 hour. fishing was additional charge). we liked gulf coast and we would go back.

Everytyhing Was Perfect! Our unit was very clean and well equiped. Owner worked hard to accomodate our need for extra night... Very nice garden around the resort, superb beach front location and great amenities are available (BBQ Grill, Heated Pool & Spa).

Dear Hector, Thank you very much for an excellent stay in Indian Shores! The condo was ideal for our family of 5, with more than enough space to move around comfortably. Having the property management company on site was also a big selling feature for us. Just knowing that if anything were to go wrong, they would be there quickly to fix it, was very comforting. They were also very friendly and accommodating. The beach/swimming pool/hot tub area was outstanding and we ended up spending a great deal of time going back and forth from the surf to the pool. Thank you very much again Hector. We have full intentions of coming back next year, only this time for two weeks :-)

We couldn't have asked for a better week. The home and setting was absolutely beautiful. We finally got to see a couple dolphins swimming out back. The pool was great! So much better then a hotel. Location is great - close to so many things. Would recommend this to anyone. Hope to return back SOON!

Excellent,spacious And Clean Condo,very Well Laid Out. On The Quiet Side Of The Condo Facility. You Really Don't Want For Anything From Tv's,dvd And Any Kitchen Utensil You Could Want, To Beach Chairs Umbrellas And Even Kid Sand Toys If You Need Them. Outside The Heated Pool And Hot Tub And Beautiful Beach Make Any Weather Nice. The Sunsets Are Unbelievable. Your Own Pier,picnic Barbeque Area And Ample Parking Make It Really Nice. The Restaurants In The Area Are Also Very Good And The Best One Salt Rock Grill Is Just North Of The Condo. My Wife And I Were Amazed That You Could Find Such Beautiful Beaches And Sunsets Right In Florida. Would Definitely Stay Again And Would Recommend To Friends And Family Alike.

We enjoyed our stay, close proximity to the beach, saw the sunrise and sunset daily, great views. condo was clean and suited our needs. Trolley stopped either direction within a 2 minute walk of the unit. (we did not have a vehicle) our only complaints: air conditioning didn't work 3 of the 9 days, they were quick to fix, but it was disappointing, also the patio furniture the only thing that wasn't broken was the table so we couldn't sit outside. overall, price was good, my suggestion would be to spend a little bit to upgrade the air conditioner and invest in new fans and patio furniture for the deck. The fans inside need a good cleaning as well, didn't look like they had been done for a long time, luckily we had no one in our group with major dust allergies. we would consider renting this property again

What a beautiful condo!

Our condo at the Reef Club this summer was fantastic. This condo 202 was the best and nicest that I have ever stayed in. It was beautiful and all updated. The dishes and pots and pans were more than enough. I can't say enough about the owner, Sherif. He called many times during our stay to see if we were okay, and if there was anything that we needed. I have gone to the Reef Club several times, but have never been treated this nicely before. It was like a relative was checking on us. Sherif even took care of our getting a crib and high chair for us. The beach and pool was great while we were there. Any maintenance that was needed was taken care of immediately. We will be back again as soon as we can save up more money.

Dear Hector and Barbara, As you requested I am writing to let you know about my family's time in your wonderful condo at Indian Shores. We had a wonderful time. Your place was perfect for us. Everybody had a bed and we were able to put my granddaughter in one of the double beds in the back so she could go to sleep without being disturbed. We all loved it. On Monday morning when were were all out floating around in the beautiful Gulf, my granddaughter said, "I want to live here." That made the trip worth it for me. Your condo is lovely and is great for families. We appreciated the decor and the layout. I know you must love this place when you can be there. Nice and large like it said. The only bad thing about it was that it wasn't very well equipped. It was hard to cook. Also couldn't use the drawers in the furniture because they fell out of the dresser.

We just came back from Indian Shores. We have been there for one week.March 19 to 26. We were 3 couples. Prior to our arrival, we stayed 10 days in Leesburg where our men played softball against differents teams. Our stay at the Sand Dollar was memorable and excellent all the way. The condo that we were in (410 - Beach Front ) was beautiful and spacious. We had a wonderful time all along. We would recommend it without any doubt. The people working there and very kind and polite. We are looking forward by going back. We could not expect anything better than what we had. All of us were more than satisfied and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Having breakfast and lunch outside on the large balcony was so good, looking at the beach and listening at the different kinds of birds was very special. Everything was just incredible . My family and I enjoyed our time at the condo. It was a very nice place and how a great view. Big enough for the 7 adults staying in the condo. Had a few problems though: AC cut out twice (breaker went off both times-an easy fix), no extra parking for our other vehicles, and there wasn't a blender (since it was a holiday weekend, there wasn't anyone in the office to call about this one, oh well really didn't need a strawberry daiquiri). But all in all, we did enjoy our time there. Would recommend staying here, but only bring one vechicle and bring your own blender! :)

Our family truely enjoyed our holiday at Indian Shores. We enjoyed the closeness to the beach and the amenities provided at Sea Gate.

We spent 4 nights at the condo and had a great time. The condo was better than we expected and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit, the beach and pool were great.

The unit was perfect & we had everything we needed in it. My only complaint has to do with the building itself: in order for each unit to be a "corner unit" the building is set up so that if you take the elevator (middle of the building) you have to zig zag endlessly to get to your unit! Kind-of a pain with a luggage cart. Which brings me to complaint #2: There's only 1 elevator! Its slow and inconveniently located. And: on check-out day (day before Easter - packed) everyone is trying to get out by 10:00 a.m., the cleaning people are trying to get in the rooms a.s.a.p. w/ carts, and everyone needs the elevator! Horrible. Waited 15 minutes w/ luggage cart for elevator up; finally had to abandon both & make numerous trips up & down the stairs w/ week's worth of luggage, beach gear, groceries, etc. Then, the stairwell (stairs & handrails) were damp & slippery from humidity & our 9 year-old slipped & fell down half a flight! Serious problem that needs to be addressed.

lovely condo directly on the beach couldn't ask for a better view of the sunset!! loved the fact we could use the pool till 11pm

We enjoyed our brief stay at your property. Well maintained unit as large as any that I have rented. Cordial property management staff. Would have been a Five Star had there been a Gulf front view although this was not a major issue. I would recommend the property to others which I consider to have been a good value.

Our family trip to Florida this year was wonderful. Our accomodations were excellent. This condo was clean, comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Waking up each morning and walking the beach was great. The beach, pool and hot tub were also very clean. My family and I will certainly be recommending this propery to others planning a vacation to Florida.

Family of 5 We only stayed 4 nights but wished it could have been longer,this place is conveniently located,has a really nice pool&hot tub with a beautiful beach view. The unit was clean& roomy. We hope to stay again.

WOW what a trip!!!! last week was probably the best vacation we have taken in a long time....your condo was wonderful...the beach was wonderful...the food was wonderful...the relaxation was wonderful...the doing nothing was wonderful...and the fishing was ok, i like freshwater better but at least it was fishing....we ate at Crabby Bills, one of our favorites, Gators, it was ok and Shephards in Clearwater, it was good but pricey... overall our vacation was awesome, my wife and i enjoyed it and the kids loved it....we plan on going back next year about the same time, so if yall, southern slang for you all..ha, will allow us we will plan on booking it again next summer....thank you once again for all your help and your hospitality as we really enjoyed it... dont be strangers, stay in touch as we feel like we have made friends with yall even if we havent met...thanks again and we are already looking forward to next year.
