Description of the Indian Shores vacation condo rental

Fall in love with this direct gulf front beach retreat. Spend your vacation at the ever so popular Holiday Villas II. This direct gulf front unit has 1150 sq ft. and is located on the second floor with parking under the building. The unit has been updated to include ceramic tile flooring, berber carpeting, and maple kitchen cabinets. Beautiful rataan furniture and a nautical theme enhance the unit. You'll enjoy the comfort of a king, two doubles, and a sleeper sofa. Free high speed internet and free unlimited long distance phone service to US and Canada are provided.

I do not require a Saturday to Saturday stay. Plan your vacation around your schedule. During mid & low season, only a 4 night stay is required; but you'll be kicking yourself for not staying longer !!

You can surf from the balcony using free high speed WI-FI. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. You'll feel like a millionaire !!

Area Information

Indian Shores, FL is located in Floridas famous central gulf coast region just to the south of Indian Rocks Beach and north of Treasure Island. Just a 45 minute drive from the TPA airport or only 20 minutes from PIE - St. Pete/Clearwater airport.

Indian Shores is only 90 miles from Orlando making it a perfect day trip.

Quiet building, great location, not far from water, gorgeous view, great value for price. Only complaint is cleaning fee is too high. Not dirty though.

Disappointed that the HOA at this facility chose to shut down the pool for the month of Sep. Nice condo, nice balcony that made the trip. Enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning while having coffee.

Our reservations were handled quickly and easily! This corner unit with a HUGE balcony had a perfect wide view of the Gulf. The unit was very spacious. Just a couple little updates needed in the bathrooms and the pool was not on the beach side. We stayed on the beach mostly anyway. Would stay here again!

newely remodeled gulfside condo. Very nice decor and space in this condo. There were 5 of us staying there and we all had plenty of room. Great view of the gulf right outside our deck. Easy access to anything along the gulf. Very relaxing and enjoyable vacation! We will be back again!
