Description of the Indian Shores vacation condo rental

Fall in love with this direct gulf front beach retreat. Spend your vacation at the ever so popular Holiday Villas II. This direct gulf front unit has 1150 sq ft. and is located on the second floor with parking under the building. The unit has been updated to include ceramic tile flooring, berber carpeting, and maple kitchen cabinets. Some new furniture was added in January 2007. You'll enjoy the comfort of a king, two doubles, and a sleeper sofa. The unit is professionally managed and cleaned.

I do not require a Saturday to Saturday stay. Plan your vacation around your schedule. During mid & low season, only a 4 night stay is required; but you'll be kicking yourself for not staying longer !!

You can surf from the balcony using WI-FI. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. You'll feel like a millionaire !!

Credit Cards Accepted:
Low Season .. Sep 01-Dec 31 .. $ 875/week.
High Season .. Dec 31-Apr 3 .. $1250/week.
Spring Season .. April 18-April 30, 2009 .. $1250/week
Mid Season .. May 01-Aug 31 .. $1000/week.
Easter Season .. April 4-April 17, 2009 .. $1470/week.
Minimum four nights stay, seven day minimum during holiday and high season.
Rates do not include cleaning fee of $110 and Florida taxes of 12%.
10% Discount given for previous renters.

Indian Shores, FL is located in Floridas famous central gulf coast region just to the south of Indian Rocks Beach and north of Treasure Island. Just a 45 minute drive from the TPA airport or only 20 minutes from PIE - St. Pete/Clearwater airport.

Indian Shores is only 90 miles from Orlando making it a perfect day trip.

newely remodeled gulfside condo. Very nice decor and space in this condo. There were 5 of us staying there and we all had plenty of room. Great view of the gulf right outside our deck. Easy access to anything along the gulf. Very relaxing and enjoyable vacation! We will be back again!  more...
