Description of the Indian Shores vacation condo rental

Beautifully furnished GROUND-floor 2 bedroom / 1 bath unit (1000 sqft) with its own courtyard for private outdoor enjoyment. The fully equipped kitchen features Granite counter tops, a built-in microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans, dishes and glassware. Enjoy the spacious, wide open living room/ dining room combination with wet bar and a sunny Florida room with its own desk and sitting area. Instant-hot water heater, air-condition, gorgeous tile floors, crown mouldings, ceiling fans, wall-mounted hair dryer in bath and double shower heads in shower, cable TV, DVD player, telephone, Internet service, linens, towels & more included. Coin-operated laundry on site. Large heated pool w/shower and bathrooms and Barbecue area only steps from the unit's fenced, private courtyard. Complex is nestled within tropical vegetation overlooking the Intracoastal, the fishing pier, and boat slips. Ample open parking in front of the condo.

The Barefoot Beach Resort is located on Indian Shores, across from white sugar sand beaches, south of Clearwater Beach, close to some popular restaurants (e.g. Guppy's on the Beach, E&E Stakeout Grill - Belleair Bluffs, and fancy shopping.) Other amenities nearby: miniature golf, fishing, diving, boating, water jetskiing, parasailing (John's Pass), golfing, cultural and beach events throughout the year according to season (Concerts, world-class performances and Broadway Shows at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, Mahaffey Theater in St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay Forum - Tampa). Sports: Tampa Bay Lightning (Ice Hockey), Tampa Bay Rays (Baseball), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Football).
